"Lovely little base for exploring everything the Lakes has to offer. Apartment lovely and clean, and ideally located with several shops and eateries nearby. Parking was fine for us with it being a quieter time of year (street parking) but I would imagine this would be a bit trickier in the busier months. "What a fantastic cottage with everything we could have needed. Very homely and it was such a nice touch to arrive with the heating and lights on. Just a short walk into Windermere so was perfect for the whole family. The dog settled really well and our 6 year old son said it was the place place he'd ever stayed! The owner was super accommodating when we needed a late check-out due to the heavy snow. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming...
