Americas Sweetest Town.
Owner forgot to turn on hot water before 8am, so no morning shower. All room rentals were double from same time in 2022.

THIS PLACE SUCKS
This place was a dump. Door wouldn't lock, shady crowd haging out in the parking lot. Interior walls were extremely damaged. Bathroom sink was propped up with a 2X4. I checked out and booked a room next door.

The property is over price and ruin down. A/c did not work. Hot and bad odor. Sink was filthy and tub was as well. Shower did not work properly

Not my favorite
The night before Superbowl, on our way to fort Lauderdale for a cruise, so I couldn't find anything closer. It is a typical older motel, fairly clean, small room, uncomfortable bed. About as expected, but won't choose it again.

Clean but older building and accommodations. Small room. Service was great but for the price I expected a little bigger/nicer room. Crazy area though because the large chains like Best Wester and Holiday in were twice the price per night.

Nice Pet-Friendly Place!
This pet-friendly older motel is reasonably priced and very clean, with everything functioning as expected (unlike some newer motels). Staff was friendly and helpful, offering ideas for dinner and breakfast. There is a large-ish grassy area right outside the rooms where our dog could do his business and enjoyed playing fetch.

Very nice for the price.
We almost always stay here for tournaments out of the south end of Okeechobee in Clewiston. The people are great and always help us with boat parking power etc... Love these guys they always take good care of us.

I picked the room with one king size bed and there was two full, the WiFi never worked which caused to me to use my data, and the room was hot.

Booked king room but was given 2 double beds. Was told they had king room but when she opened room door, roaches scurried. The door did not look stable and just from what I saw and my gut feeling about this place, I left and went to Best Western in same town.

IT was a old room redone and was nice. The foor needed cleaning. I pay 30.00 dollars a night more than I pay at Days inn the day before. The room needed a new door.

Great for price...
I almost always stay here for bass fishing tournaments out of Clewiston... Great and friendly service... It is older and not all rooms have been upgraded, but i have always been happy overall... i know what i am getting ahead of time and it suits me and my boat for tournament weeks... if you want brand new don't stay here... but if you want a great rate and a clean room even if it is older... you'll be fine...

Good nights rest
The place is basic and a bit old but it was clean. Bed was super comfy and the floors where super clean. The light sockets looked bad and where lop sided inside the wall and they looked a bit unsafe. The AC units are very old but they did keep me cool, the mini fridge in the room didn't seem to be as cold as I wanted it to be but whatever I guess. There is no ice machine anywhere that I could find. You have to ask for ice and they'll make you some which is a bit strange. The shower had a broken hot water handle that you could remove by simply pulling on it. There was rust on the shower walls, anything metal in the bathroom had rust on it. The doors close automatically so remember to take your key with you if you walk outside.

The room was small for two twin beds. No A/C in the bathroom and paint peeling off. Only good thing was the large flat screen tv.

Basic hotel, SUPER close to the lake marina
Very pleased! Nothing fancy....clean room, bed, sheets, and bathroom...a place to shower and get a few hours sleep...that's all we needed! Staff even switched us from room with 2beds, to another room with 2beds plus a roll-away bed already set up and ready to sleep in, to accommodate 3 adults...at no extra charge...THANKS!

Wonderful getaway
We had a wonderful stay. We will return for future visits. Our room was very clean. They cleaned it daily. Staff was very friendly when we needed something. They completely took care of us on our stay.

Just Horrible!
Better off to stay in your car for the night or even the local campground! ...Unless you don't mind living with broken or dirty light switches, plug outlets, lamps, broken and rusted faucets/shower fixtures (toe tester and water valve pulled right out of the wall leaving water flooding out everywhere except from the shower head), dirty bedding and linens, creepy crawlies (spiders) in the room, and mosquitos that come in from under the gap in the front door.

There is nothing "Executive" or "Royal" about it.
The sign out front said new rooms, free HBO. The paint was pealing from the walls. The carpet was filthy. The sheets and comforter were filthy. The owner came to replace the sheets, and the straight sheet she brought was even worse than the one she was replacing. The room was so small that when my wife was sitting on the foot of the bed, I couldn't get past her to go to the bathroom. The TV was broadcast channels only. We were booked for 3 nights, but we only spent 2 because the room was so bad. When we returned to the room, after being out most of the day, on our second day there, the maid had smoked in our room. I took the ice bucket from the room and went to inquire about ice. I was told that they didn't supply ice. There were two good things about the room. While the bathroom was tiny, it was very clean., and there was plenty of hot water.

Clewiston, Fl fishing is better than the stay
We didn't get the room we booked. They had no other rooms available. The walls were peeling, bathroom had holes in the ceiling. I can't believe hotels.com would do business with a motel like this! No ice machine advertise wifi with no wifi!

motel condition
Bathroom was in poor condition. Needs the attention of a plumber to correct a water leak that runs continuously, attach a bathtub valve handle that is falling off, etc. The motel is in an area surrounded by other motels that charge less.

It had been "the last available room" - and indeed that was it. Sheets and towels were ok but everything else should have been better.

The hotel is ok if you just want the bare minimum.
When we arrived, the gentleman behind the desk was very pleasant, we told him who we where and that we had a reservation. He had some difficult finding the paper, then his wife yells from the back room, "Just give them the damm key." The door looked like it had been kicked in, and after going to get something to eat came back and the door had not even locked. I put the key in the lock and it pushed right open. If you are looking for coffee in the morning, forget it, there was no coffee pot in the room, and I think the bath soap was made by Lava. I would not return to that motel. Also after having knee surgery the days activities, my leg needed some ice and the machine didn't work.

Never Again
Although I was told the rooms were recently renovated as well as the billboard stating so, sadly the room was a far cry from it. As well as the microwave, fridge and TV being sorely outdated, the decor was hideous. The headboard on one of the beds was cracked laminate that was sadly repaired with packing tape. The worst part of this room being the shower plumbing fixtures that were literally coming out of the wall. Every morning we would pray they wouldn't fall out all together. Bed was horribly hard. Thank goodness we brought our own pillows and blankets. The price they charged led me to believe the rooms would at least be mediocre. Not the case. We didn't complain while there because with a fishing tournament in town the ability to get a room last minute was zero. We tried. Never again will we book this motel.

Fourth Stay First Bad
First time I've stayed here and gotten one of the older rooms. Very disappointed. The other rooms I've had were much nicer.

I won't stay here again!
I enjoy staying in older places that are moderately priced and don't expect perfection. This place, however, is in serious need of help. The furniture, plumbing and appliances are in need of replacement. Coffee was promised in the morning, but the office door was locked and no one responded to the bell.

When we cbecked in they didn't have the room we reserved, when i went to take a shower a cockroach fell from the ceiling exhaust fan onto my back that was interesting then in the middle of the night used the bathroom could hear hundreds of roaches in the ceiling.

Clean but Old
Very satisfied and what I expected for this price. The room was very clean. It is just older and could use some TLC and remodeling. No issues at all. Friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
