Decorated with all new modern furniture specially curated to make you feel simultaneously luxurious and “at home.” It’s the perfect place to stay when in Cleveland to visit friends or relatives or just for a great visit to make new memories there!

    ◆ The living room boasts a large wall-mounted smart TV and plenty of cozy seating, perfect for unwinding together. The sofa also converts into a queen-sized bed, offering additional sleeping space.

    ◆ Entertainment Your Way! This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don`t forget to log out before checkout for your security.

    ◆ This fully updated kitchen includes premium appliances and starter essentials to help you cook with ease during your stay. It also includes a Keurig coffee maker for your morning caffeine fix.

    ◆ Located within the kitchen, the dining area features a spacious table that comfortably seats four, making mealtime easy and convenient.

    ◆ The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a smart TV for your entertainment.

    ◆ A twin roll-out bed is available in the closet for an extra guest.

    ◆ The washer/dryer combo is located in the second-floor laundry room, with an iron and ironing board provided for your convenience.

    ◆ The property is conveniently located 10 miles from CLE Airport and Edgewater Park/Beach, 30 miles from Cuyahoga National Park, and 15 miles from downtown Cleveland. It’s also close to markets, restaurants, parks, and bars.

    ◆ Guests are required to use the back entrance/exit, which is located near the parking lot.

    ◆ Self-check-in is available via the electronic keypad at the back door, near the parking area. Parking is parallel only and may require maneuvering in tighter spaces. Please plan accordingly.

    ◆ Access codes will be sent to you within 24 hours prior to your arrival.

    ◆ Outside, each guest is provided with a designated parking spot. Please ensure you do not park in a way that could block other guests.

    ◆ Guests will have access to their private units, as well as a paid and shared laundry room within the building.

    Westlake is a welcoming community equally fit for families, business people, and young people. Conveniently located just a short drive to plenty of local businesses and restaurants. We recommend walking to get Italian food at `Panini`s` right next door!

    Escape into the great outdoors at Cuyahoga Valley National Park located just 30 minutes from our property. Additionally, you can visit Cleveland Metro parks for all sorts of outdoor activities like golfing, horseback riding, biking, soccer, hiking, disc golf, and more.

    Downtown Cleveland is only a short car ride away, where you can attend a variety of sporting events, visit a museum, see a concert, grab a cup of coffee, get some grub, and shop till you drop. Drive an hour west and you`ll find yourself at Cedar Point: the home of some of the worlds best roller coasters.

    ◆ Street parking is available for free near most nearby restaurants and businesses.
    ◆ Public transportation options are conveniently located, providing easy access to various destinations.
    ◆ Uber and Lyft services are readily available in the area.
    ◆ The airport is less than 15 minutes away.
    ◆ There is easy access to I-90, making highway travel straightforward.

    👣 Guests should be aware that there are a few steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

    👣 This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. Guests should expect to climb approximately 10–15 steps. Please consider this when booking if you have mobility concerns.

    🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.

Nice & Cozy

This Vrbo listing is for a very quaint and cozy 1 bedroom apartment. There is a stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer on the bottom floor. There is everything you need really. My girlfriend and I had a nice time here and wouldn't mind staying again. My only complaints is that the driveway to the apartment is easy to miss and really rough on cars to enter and exit if you don't do it just perfect. Also, the city seems to neglect this driveway and waits about 2-3 days to plow and ice the snow. As a result, it was incredibly difficult to get my car out of where you have to park and it took a miracle to make it out of the driveway. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location!
