This place is definitely new and clean and very well maintained. The host was very responsive. The dishes pans utensils were all new. appliances were new. Felt like I was in a new house for our entire stay. The backyard was perfect for a cookout. I would highly recommend this home. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern Updated Property

It has everything you need to for a proper stay. The furniture was comfortable and very nice. The kitchen was well appointed. Big TV with sound bar. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and cozy

Great location, perfect fit for 5 adults. The beds are super comfy too! I NEVER say that about a bed when I am away from home. Fantastic two night stay. Thank you!

Great stay

We stayed for two nights, and were very impressed with our stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and we all slept great, there were tons of towels provided, everything was exceptionally clean, and it was spacious and perfect for what we needed.

Fathers Day weekend

Great location! Quick drive to store, food, mall, park, and beaches. Very comfortable stay and quick helpful responses from property manager. Definitely recommending and placing on the return list for future trips.

Very beautiful property! This was our second time renting and Matt the owner is wonderful! Highly recommend! The house has everything that you need and the backyard space is wonderful. We will be back!

Was nice to be home

Returned home for the holidays and were very pleased with our choice. Very charming, very clean home with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and we had no issues whatsoever.. Would love to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. A all around!

This place is absolutely awesome. Very nice clean house close to everything! We ended up arriving early and the owner let us check in. This place is perfect for a family. My boys didn’t want to leave the house. Our next visit to Ohio we plan to book this house!!!!

This place is exactly like the pictures. Updated and so clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Probably the nicest place we've stayed so far, and we've stayed at many over the years.

Pleasant stay at a lovely house

We were very comfortable in the house - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was as well-stocked as noted in the listing. The house was comfortable for my elderly father, an important point for us. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Updated and comfy

I stayed here for a weekend with my 82 year old mother. Having one level and an open floor plan made it easy for her to get around. The furniture was comfortable and the finishes were modern and updated. Everything was very clean. There is a nice patio area out back and plenty of off road parking. I would definitely recommend booking your next visit here!

Wonderful Stay

We recently stayed in this beautiful home and had such a wonderful time. The home is beautifully done and had everything and more that we could have needed. Matthew is a great and kind host who is prompt to respond. We will definitely be revisiting this property again!!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was perfect for my family for our trip out to Cleveland, Ohio. The house was super clean with all new appliances and had everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located to stores and the highway and the driveway was big enough for two cars. Despite being completely remodeled the house had such a cozy feel to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested!

Mentor

Our family had a great stay at this new rental. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing just like being at home. Everything was easy to use and the directions left on the coffee table were very helpful. Loved that the back yard was fenced in for privacy and for little ones. Also it was only about a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Even had a grocery store right down the road.

Very nice!

The house is very nice with easy access to many locations in mentor. The house was very clean and had an abundance of towels. The owner reached out right away after I booked, and was kind as well considerate. I would recommend this as a perfect central location for spending time in Mentor or Mentor-on-the lake. Felt like Home

We loved the decor and how clean everything was. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that was close to everything. It is a newer listing so even though the back yard needed some work, based on the inside, it will be fixed up in no time. It rained when we were there so we didn’t need to go out back.
