We really enjoyed our stay. The home qas exactly as described and Dan, our host, was great with communications. Rooms were very comfortable and we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen. There's a nice 20 minute walk to the Lake with great views and interesting murals. I'll definitely be returning to Cleveland and look forward to booking it again.

There was a sewer odor in the house when we got there for the first 2 days which eventually cleared. The upstairs shower is stall is very flimsy.The driveway is very narrow and needed a cleanup around the garbage cans. The AC was excellent; the beds and sheets were very comfortable. It was a quiet urban neighborhood. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The interior was very clean.

Has Great Potential

The property was nice. Easy access to Uber and downtown. There were several complications with AC/heat and communication seemed 3rd party and took time. They did stick stick with it and it got fixed. We were out and about during all this time and a huge storm caused power outages. Upon return we had no power, a/c, etc...The rest of the neighborhood all had power (we drove around to confirm).We checked in the basement and nothing was tripped on the panel. We continued to try and communicate and felt we could not determine if it was a person or AI. We came from central Ohoo so we decided the place was just not equipped for a summer heat wave and storm and our gifts and market items were at risk and we packed up and left. We have requested communication to recover the loss of the night, but at time of this writing has not been resolved. Not sure if we would recommend. But it does have a lot of potential. Master Bedroom bathtub is a soaker with a rigged shower and needs improvement. Downstairs bathroom is great. The mirrors in both were fogged and streaked and there could be more attention to detail around the toilet base. Outlets felt loose in some rooms. Beds were comfortable. The no shoes on in the house rule is extremely difficult and seems prohibitive for many people with feet issues...

The location was amazing. The house over all was nice. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bathrooms were great except the shower downstairs seemed to be plumbed backwards. The mattresses upstairs, particularly in the primary bedroom (the one with the onsuite) seemed worn out and way to soft. The big reason we booked that house was because the listing (and the house rules sent just before arrival) said there was a classic Nintendo. My kids were so excited to check that out. When we arrived it didn't work. I reached out to the host and was told it was a display piece and the replacement was the basketball arcade machine. My children didn't agree that this was an adequate replacement and were very disappointed. First world problems I'm aware, but I would have rather it been removed if it didn't work.

Chill Hang Spot

We enjoyed our stay here, 5 guys fit comfortably. Good spot in back patio to chill and grill. Decent area, up and coming, very close to everything Cleveland has to offer. NBA Jam Arcade game in the dining room is a cool touch. Would stay here again with the guys.

Great house for a family stay

Perfect place for us—five adults, infant and a toddler, and our small dog—while we were in town for a funeral. Spacious, clean, and great walkable access to the offerings of Gordon Square: coffee house, grocery store, and several restaurants. Easy dog walking neighborhood and nice for a run to Lake Erie. Owner was extremely responsive. Kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook in. Ample parking. Nice touches like doggie treats, toiletries, and good instructions. WiFi requires sign-up like at the airport. Child and pet friendly.

Large remodeled 4 bedroom near downtown

Great location and layout for our family of 7 in town for a family wedding! Ample parking, all the amenities, including a coffee bar, ironing board, and arcade game! Very clean! Would highly recommend!

Nice house, disappointing location, we left.

Let me start by saying the owner was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. But this property was not as we expected. Long story short, we decided to leave and lose all our money rather than staying there. As we got close to the property, we got really uneasy. The drive leading up to it was full of run down and boarded up shops, lots of trash and graffiti. The house itself sits right behind a row of these shops, right off a main road. I could sense our entire family was very uneasy. When we got into the house, it was obvious that it had been smoked in. Several of our family members are very sensitive to smoke, so this was very disconcerting. The inside of the house itself is nice. But after a quick family discussion, we did not feel safe staying in the house. So, even knowing that we'd lose all our money for the stay, we got back into the car and headed for a hotel. The money was just not worth how physically and mentally uncomfortable we would have felt staying at the house. We notified the owner, who was professional and apologetic, thanking us for our honest feedback.

Great Stay

My friends and I had a girls weekend in Cleveland. The house was great. We each like to have our own bedroom so this property worked well for us. The house was very clean and the owners were very responsive! We had a problem with the TV and they came right away to replace it with a new one!

Perfect location

A short trip into the city, and a great wine/cheese/deli/restaurant right around the corner. Perfect amount of space in kitchen/living room for families and plenty of parking! Plan on staying everytime we visit Cleveland.
