It does not have any restaurants in easy walking distance and just a little too far from Stadiums and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Basketball and Eclipse Weekend Getaway
This was a wonderful place to stay for doing all sorts of things in Cleveland! Access was easy via an app and directions provided were stellar. The apartment itself was modern and minimalist with comfortable furniture and all the basics provided. We took advantage of the bus line in front of the building to go into downtown Cleveland a couple of times, and were also grateful for reserved indoor parking when we ventured further. (just a note: a compact car is recommended as the turns coming in and out are very tight!!)

Perfect spot for a work trip!
We stayed two nights at this property and we were thrilled with everything- from check-in to check-out it was all smooth and secure! The only issue I had was during the check-in process I couldn’t get my Bluetooth to connect with the locking mechanism for the apartment so we had to use my husband’s phone to get in and out, but that probably had more to do with an issue on my own phone than the lock itself. The property manager was quick to answer my call and helped us get in without a hitch by creating an account for my husband so we were very thankful for the immediate availability of someone to talk to! The apartment complex itself is very secure with two separate security checkpoints, one outside of the parking garage entrance and one inside the stairwell of the building before you enter the hall of apartments, so we felt very safe and the neighborhood seemed safe as well. Being on the main road going in and out of Cleveland was super convenient for my husband who was driving all around the area for work and the bus stop is literally a 2 min walk from our door so that also made it very easy for me to catch a 20 min bus ride into the city or to the university area where the museums are.
The apartment was beautifully furnished with everything a traveler would need, except maybe a box of tissues and a charging station for our phones- so make sure to bring your chargers ;)
We will absolutely be staying here again and would recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling in the area!

It's great location close to downtown and just a quick bus ride/drive to University Circle/Cleveland clinic area. The loft is very spacious, clean, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The first night we had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Someone came to assist fast and the issue was resolved promptly.
Parking is a little tricky especially with a bigger SUV, but the two guest parking spots directly facing the garage door were free during our entire stay and I just used one of those spots. I would stay here again!

Clean, Quiet, Private, Secure
Description matched all amenities. Full kitchen with supplies and coffee bar were nice. Bed was comfy. bathroom was very spacious and well kept. TVs were a little small but we didn't use them too much as we were sight seeing much of our visit. Felt very secure and safe area. No one was around at night which was nice. Easy to get into garage though parking was hard to access due to tight spots but we ended up parking in the guest spot which worked fine. Be aware that the elevator was out of commission as of 8/21 so we had to carry all luggage up about 25 stairs. Other than that it was good. Would stay again.

Lovely Loft!!
My husband and I visited Cleveland for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous loft. It's location couldn't be more convenient - less than 10 minutes from Ohio City, Tremont, Downtown, University Circle, Little Italy... The building was recently remodeled and everything seemed brand new. The unit itself was spacious, quiet, and had an amazing view of the Children's Museum! The kitchen provided everything we needed and the full size washer/dryer was a definite bonus. Underground parking and 3 different locks to get into the garage, building, and unit itself made us feel completely safe. I would have felt safe even if I was staying alone. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

The property was over and beyond what was advertised. It was gorgeous with a great view. Having a parking spot was awesome! Close drive to everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Phenomenal Place to Stay w Great Hosts!
I loved the place! It was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The check-in process was seamless and it was a 7 min ride from downtown. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for you and yours!

Trendy urban loft
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in the loft. The new renovated building is a fun mix of old and new. The loft interior is beautiful and modern. One note, there is a street light right outside the window that is not fully blocked in the evenings. The bedroom is reasonable dark, but the living room where the sleeper sofa is located is quite light. Bring a light blocking mask for those who will sleep there. Otherwise, a great place. We'll be back!
