Location was ideal for being able to go everywhere on foot. We walked to both the Wolstein Center and Connor Palace and even went as far as Jack’s Casino all walking! Condo was beautiful and perfect for the two of us.

Perfect downtown apartment

My host was amazing. They were very prompt in answering all of my questions and made sure I was accommodated at all times. The apartment was squeaky clean and quiet. It has all of the amenities you will need. Location is perfect.

Perfect night getaway

The property looks exactly like pictured. Very clean and actually much more spacious than expected. Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. The only thing that was slightly complicated was figuring out the parking garage and all the different ways you use the key faubs to get in and around.. although instructions were as clear as possible explaining it all. Very close to anywhere you could need to go downtown !

Here for surgery

Stayed here before and after surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Location was very convenient. Unit was very comfortable. Host was very helpful when I had issues trying to get the key from the lockbox, responded quickly to my texts.

Wonderful time away!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful location while in town for a musical at Playhouse Square. The location was great - within walking distance to everything we needed. The free parking was a bonus. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Very nice for some relaxation. We slept GREAT on the bed, which is often a problem for us when we stay away. The host was very responsive and pleasant! Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!!

Filthy- felt scammed!!!!

Reserved condo for annual nursing conference, traveled with my husband. Starting with positives- walking distance to conference center, great gym, roof lounge, pool and steam room. Upon arriving, we were directed to an offsite parking garage requiring significant effort to unload and trek blocks with your luggage, then to find out parking fob did not work despite 3 tex to owner and 3 face to face meet ups with the garage attendant- we ended up having to pay for parking $$$. All initial communication had to be retracted as was incorrect including WIFI access. There was absolutely no in condo instructions or assistance for check in/check out- getting around the building or area. The HVAC was malfunctioning and could not get temp below 78 which reported x2. No ice or ice trays, all kitchen drawers were empty except for silverware. There is no way you can cook there -no toaster,etc. These issues were not the worst - the unit was filthy, I looked for somewhere else to stay but after a 6-hou drive, my husband was not having it as we were exhausted and hot. The dryer lint trap was overfilled, scum on the shower, dirty carpet and fingerprints on doorways- and then I discovered lingerie at of the headboard/wall, taking the sheets off discovered a large urine or other stain on the mattress cover. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling-thinking a code violation. I was stuck at conference 630a-7p then dinner engagements- we had 1 key fob for both of us -again stuck!

Great location and clean/comfortable unit! Lacks communication and flexibility.

The location of this property is fantastic! It is also clean and bright. Communication with the host was dreadful, as they avoided our three attempts to communicate one month, a week, and also one day prior to our arrival. 6:00pm is late for a check in but we booked because they promptly responded to our initial inquiry asking what time we’d like to check in and there were reviews stating an early check in was honored prior. Not only did they avoid our request thereafter (and didn’t even respond until two hours prior to arrival), but we actually didn’t even get into the property until 6:15 by the time we were led to the unit from the parking structure. Long story short, we were extremely late for our event. Had we known they wouldn’t consider an earlier check in we wouldn’t have booked. Regardless if they had guests the night before (which is the claim made as to why there was absolutely no flexibility), the ghosting of communication made it clear it was never even an option. This caused so much unnecessary stress. Disappointing and lesson learned. Communication is a driving force behind good business.

Great Location

Great location to all the major attractions downtown. We walked everywhere because it was so nice outside, but imagine it wouldn't cost much to Lyft/Uber. Condo was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck. Communication with the owner was very good. The free parking is something you don't find often when staying downtown in major cities, but the garage is about a block behind the building. Not a big deal to us, but something to be aware of. Would look into staying here again if we return to Cleveland.

Beauty, Comfort, Location

The Blue Rose suite was both beautiful and comfortable with modern construction and decor. The hosts were very thoughtful and attentive while still giving us our privacy, which we truly value. The location is amazing! SO much to do and the neighborhood is very safe and friendly. We will definitely book this suite again if it's available the next time we decide to stay in Cleveland for a few days.

Great Place to Stay - Check-In Needs Improvement

Overall this condo is a great spot to stay in downtown Cleveland. It's a one bedroom but has a huge couch. My brother and I both had comfortable places to sleep. The space was very clean and well maintained, and the location can't be beat! Now for the bad part... the check-in did not go well. The instructions were vague: both 5:00pm and 6:00pm were noted in different spots for the check-in time. Around 3:30pm I was contacted by the owner and asked if I wanted to check in early, which I agreed to. I told them I'd be there in 20 minutes and they agreed. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes after I arrived outside the parking garage waiting for them to show up for the "meet and greet" to get the keys. The late arrival was never acknowledged by the owner. Also, upon checkout the key fob needed to bypass paying for parking in the garage did not work so I ended up having to pay $25 to park in the garage over night. I would still recommend this spot to stay as long as the owners can work on a better system for checkin.

Awesome!

The suite was perfect... clean, comfortable, well-equipped, good hot showers and the location and cost can't be beat. Book this unit and you'll stay in the heart of downtown Cleveland for a fraction of the cost of nearby hotels, plus you get free parking. The unit is a just a short walk to several attractions and eateries, and you sleep soundly in safe and quite comfort. The hosts of the unit were great... super easy to work with, friendly and attentive. Pretty much ensured a perfect weekend for our visit.

Great Location

This unit is a great location for downtown exploring. We were able to walk to the Rock n Roll HOF, the Guardians ballpark, and 4th St. at night is nice, it's shut off to traffic and has several restaurants and bars. Jermaine was a great host, he communicated well and was available by phone. The unit is nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Would recommend staying there and would do so again.

Weekend getaway

Overall, great experience. So close to so many things that you can easily walk to places like the rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Host was responsive. Loved that they included some toiletries especially since I forgot soap! And the Keurig with provided coffee and creamers was a nice touch.

Wonderful weekend getaway at the blue rose suite

Great location! Apartment well equipped with all essentials - clean, secure and super quiet! Close to attractions and walking distance to restaurants. Great that parking is included, so many places charge extra. I would stay here again.
