We appreciated the close proximity to the Oak Park Mall & the ability to cook in the home with most cookware already provided. There was a pack-n-play perfect for my 1.5yr old to sleep in. House was very clean on first sight but little things were noticeable (dirty under the beds and furniture which was noticed after dropping things.)
