"This was a beautiful place to stay for our visit to Cape Breton Island. The view from the house was amazing! We were able to catch both sunrise and sunset while overlooking Bras D'Orr. The hot tub and patio firepit made for a relaxing time. And the privacy was appreciated. One caution is that these are relatively new rentals and while each house is PERFECTLY outfitted, you do drive up a gravel road and driveway with the surrounding land being clear cut for additional cabins. "I rented the Cabin to have some solitude, peace and quiet. It was all of that. The cabin is clean, quaint, beautiful, and set up really nice. The view of the lake from the Cabin and front porch is spectacular. You have all need for cooking and place settings. I would make one suggestion, is to place a microwave if possible? I hiked the Skyline trail on the Cabot Trail, it was amazing. I saw a huge Rabbit on the lawn one evening. I videoed two amazing birds on the Post that holds the flag. On a...
