"Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. "It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."
