Clean and peaceful!!!!

The villa was like a studio apartment. The kitchen was set up for 4 people. It was very clean and will definitely stay again, when in the area. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. I fully recommend this over a hotel room.

Nice Stay/Little Pricey for area

We rented 2 cabins for a weekend stay. Our 1st night, the AC stopped working. The friendly office moved us next door without issue. We enjoyed our stay with the exemption that the pool off limits to guests' family and friends. Its an infortunate policy that should be changed as there are 2 large pools at the property and there b were very few people using the pool. Overall, nice staycation.

Misleading advertising

I booked reviewing all the photos. The cabins in the photos for that location is not what I stayed in. I stayed in a converted shed that was approximately 12' x 16'. No insulation. Mold in the window air conditioner in the one window in the place. You could see light around the entrance door. No sink in the bathroom. Sewer smell when in the shower. The kitchenette is a mini microwave, dorm fridge, toaster, and coffee maker. I specifically said as I was checking in I was staying there to be able to cook my meals. She never told me there was only the mini microwave to cook in. The bunk beds are so low I slept on the couch as to sleep on the bottom bunk you climb behind the ladder and cannot sit upright in the bed. The linens were scratchy. I went and purchased a towel to use while there. I am attaching photos of the place. There is also a $100 refundable deposit you are not told about. There was no cleaning service the 4 days/3 nights stay. Thankfully I was out for 14 hours of the day as it was claustrophobic in there.

Clean sheets and comfortable bed gets 4 stars

The exterior of the cabin and the interior seemed ok. I did have to throw a few dead bugs out but the beds were HORRIBLE. The cabin had bunk beds and a sofa bed and ALL the sheets were FILTHY. The pictures tell the story. If the dirty sheets weren't bad enough...the sofa bed had dirty towels and seemed like dead bugs after I opened the bed. The sofa was stained and dirty...the mattress was old and worn so we ended up putting the mattresses from the bunk on the sofa bed...after moving the bottom bunk mattress there were dirty baby socks... Bottomline is the cabin clearly wasn't as clean as it appeared. The service department did change all the sheets the next day.. the best part of my stay was the people living at the site seemed really nice and there was no long music or distractions... at least the shower was hot

Quiet and classy

This resort over all was a very nice stay. We booked a room that was currently being worked on so they upgraded us to villa free of charge. The villa was very nice, spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The welcome at the gate was very nice, I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The only issue we had was that when we came back one night neither of the gate codes were working and the “after hours” number went straight to voicemail. I was lucky my car was small because I luckily fit it through the exit gate. Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoy staying at Clerbrook. Everyone you meet is so friendly. The grounds always look so beautiful . Always some wildlife to make me smile. Took the grandkids to the pool. Had a wonderful time.

Very disappointing. Not comfortable. Not clean. The outside looks ok, but as soon as we entered the room it was an absolute disaster.

Just like home

It was raining upon my arrival. The young lady brought my key out to me in the rain so I wouldn't have to get out in it. I have stayed at clerbrook 3 times now. I have enjoyed it every time. I will continue to stay at clerbrook when I travel . It is just like being home.

Clean but old

The staff was excellent and friendly. The unit was clean and stocked appropriately with linens, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, etc. The air was very heavily perfumed with a plug in air freshener. The windows do not open, screwed shut. I am sensitive to such odors, If you are too, you might want to request that the plug in air freshener be removed and the air cleared before your arrival. Furniture is old, we did not find the couch and chair to be very comfortable. Overall the RV resort is very well maintained.

Don't stay here

Picked this location because it had a kitchen and was very close to my daughter's softball games at MVA. We didn't sleep very well at all on the first night because the A/C wouldn't work. Then got up this morning to make breakfast and the stove doesn't work. So I bought breakfast food and can even use. Called to get both fixed 8 hours ago and nobody has fixed yet. So I guess we'll be miserable again tonight. Will never stay here again. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Nice quiet place

Cabin 960 is very nice. The AC did not reach the bedroom very well. Check-in time is late at 4pm. Otherwise a great place.

Not What You Think

Our cabin #801 was literally 12x12. It had a huge bunk bed that took up most of the precious space. Not sure who they are trying to attract to this cabin, but it would have been much better without the bunks and used the space for a small table & chairs. There is a sofa sleeper, but the room is too small to even open it. As is this unit can only comfortably accommodate 1 person. If you're a couple, get a hotel room. It's bigger.
