"Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs...

"This home was the perfect location to enjoy the Spring Block Party and a short walk to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The elevator was a huge bonus getting our belongings to the second floor. "

"We had the pleasure of meeting Jody on our trip. We had an issue with the tv, he was over in a flash with a new one. Super nice guy, responded to me any time I had a question. We can’t wait to stay again next year. Mother Nature was not on board with this trip. Home was spotless , mattresses as well. Just a beautiful place! Perfect location, we had a wonderful time. If I had to say one thing that will need improvement soon it would be the sofas. Not dirty at all, but they need replacing soon....
