"Nice and clean, terrific Private Screened Pool area with lots of room to entertain. Short walk to a Private Beach, where there were very few people, just the opposite of going to Clearwater Beach, where we went Saturday and it was JAMMED with people."

"We had a large group of family members coming in to celebrate my husband’s 70th and needed lots of space and this fit the bill. It was within easy walking distance to the beach, places to eat and pickle ball. It had its own pool for some quiet lounging and a separate space where the my son, daughter in lawn n heand their kids slept. It was perfect."

"This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe."

"The bungalow was the perfect location. Lots of towels and linens. Marilyn was so welcoming and available, if needed. Good air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each room. We got to park out car in the garage which was great to keep the heat out . The beach is just across the street. Quiet beach area. Marilyn had an umbrella, Chairs and wagon for us to bring the stuff to the beach. Beach water was warm. Perfect location to watch nightly sunsets!"

"The Condo was in a perfect spot to walk to beach, or shopping nearby. Amazing backyard on the bay for Serene family time or great spot to fish. Captain Al was super attentive, quick to respond and very friendly. Customer service was top notch. Great for a family of 5. Wi-Fi worked great and TV’s were a nice break from beach and activities."

"Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky."

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...

"Excellent location, super easy check-in and checkout, great communication, clean condo, free parking, safe neighborhood. Older condo, could use some small updates to window blinds and kitchen appliances. These didn't effect our stay but would be a nice addition to a guest experience. Go and have fun!"
