We brought our family out for a holiday stay in the Suncadia area and this home was absolutely perfect! Great open floor plan on the main level and plenty of space for the kids to sprawl out and have fun indoors as well as outside. The game room with pool and darts was definitely the popular area amongst our crew. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary pots and pans and essentials you’d need. Hot tub was a nice bonus to warm up after playing in the snow as well!

Enjoyed our stay

Everything went well. The house is pet friendly which we appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and nice outdoor bar-b-q. Hot tub was very nice! The 4th bedroom is a bonus room that you have to access through another bedroom, which was OK for us but maybe not others. Game room was pretty cool if you have kids. The weather was not great but we did enjoy our stay.

Great property.

Everything was fine at the property. The only complaint I have is the at the property popular amenities listed gym and there was no gym access. Under the same section or popular amenities it listed things like hot tub and pet friendly and washer and air conditioners, which would make you believe there would be access to a gym. I feel like this is false advertising.

Lovely spacious home.

The house was spacious enough for our 14. Kids enjoyed the game room. Teens loved the 4 twin bunkbeds. Adults enjoyed the back patio. So peaceful. The dining table was large enough for the group and all the tables games we played.

Resort living away from home

Came to celebrate my wifes birthday with family. This place is beautiful and peaceful with room for everyone. It was perfect! Kitchen had everything to cook with and large refrigerator held all the food we brought! Thanks from the Kulman family!

Just what we were looking for!

For a group of old friends coming together from across the NW for a golf weekend, we couldn’t have asked for a better place for us to kick our feet up, cook some incredible food, and watch some sports! I whole-heartedly recommend this house!

Poorly maintained

Broken showers, broken ice maker, rotten odor in the house, bathroom doors that don't lock, leaking gas fumes. I would not recommend using this maintenance company (V365) or rental.

Great Location & Amenities

We stayed here with two other families (a total of 6 adults and 6 kids ages 4-8). Loved the game room, hot tub, and plenty of space for everyone to play, eat, and enjoy each other's company. As other reviews mention, the overall layout was unique - access to the bunk room (2 bunk beds, each with 2 twin size beds) was through one of the 2nd floor bedrooms (the one with the queen size bed). Luckily the bunk room has its own bathroom so it required less 'travel' through the other bedroom. We weren't able to use one of the upstairs showers (the knob was broken) which ended up being okay because there were other showers we could use on both floors, and property management was very responsive to my emails to them.

Great Stay in Cle Elum

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a guys weekend to play some golf and enjoy the high desert. The multitude of beds meant we all got a comfortable place to sleep. The kitchen is well appointed and the game room was fun with darts and pool. Great location removed back from the course and good separation on both sides. Definitely recommended!

Great game room

It’s a very nice home with a good 1st floor plan layout. The upstairs bedrooms are a little awkward as you have to walk into one room to get to another room. The game room was excellent.

House needs updating

The house was large with a decent layout but needs updates. The decor is dated and they seemed to cut corners with finishes. The kitchen sink wasn’t working and after waiting for several hours we finally got we needed to fix it ourselves. The showers take 10+ minutes to heat up and the bathrooms are very dated. The hot tub is also tiny for such a large home. The location is great and the home certainly sleeps a lot of people.

Nice stay

The property suited our needs for 9 adults and 4 children under 12 and two dogs half the time. Lots of amenities and choice of activities, but no bikes (bring your own) and no access to swimming pools. Swimming access was limited to guests of Suncadia and not for certain properties like this one. As it turned out, the weather wasn't great for swimming. Overall, very nice stay.

perfect for our group but could be a little cleaner

This house was in a beautiful location on the golf course in Suncadia. We had a great stay with the large and well appointed kitchen and great outdoor grilling area. The kitchen/dining table was huge and fit all six of us with lots of extra space. The family room was a great area for our kids to play. Overall, the space feels nicer than the pictures suggest. The house felt clean on the surface, but needs a deep cleaning -- we could tell from our feet and socks that the floor and carpeting was very dirty, and the jets in the primary bathroom tub had visible mold.
