This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Just off the great room is a spacious patio that boasts comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, and a private Hot Tub that seats 6 to 8!

Parking space for up to 3 cars. Suncadia prohibits street parking. Additional cars may park in the Prospector Inn parking lot. "
