The property was perfect for me and 10 of my friends. We loved how there was one central convening area for us with plenty of space to eat, talk and play poker. Never felt cramped. Would have loved to have an additional fridge for extra food storage. Packing in 4 days of food into one fridge required some serious tetris skills. House was very clean, plenty of kitchenware and appliances you don't typically see in a vrbo. One friend commented that we should stay here again!

Beautiful home! Very clean! There were 13 adults and 10 kids (7 of them 3 and under) and the home accommodated us very well. We filled it, but it worked out nicely for our family. The rules in the neighborhood were a little too strict in my opinion but I guess they are trying to keep the neighborhood clean. Just a heads up, you will have access to very few amenities within the Suncadia resort because you are not "members". It was written in the instructions so it is definitely on me for the mistake, but I don't want anyone else to miss the instructions. You will not have access to any of the pools, pretty much only the park equipment. The resort is very beautiful, but very regulated. Overall great stay though. We made many great memories.

Beautiful Location

This home is perfect for a large group! Decor is very chic, and beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make gourmet meals and clean up was a breeze with 2 dishwashers.The resort where the home is located is also wonderful. There are several restaurants and bars in addition to a spa.

Magical Weekend

Our family of 3 kids, their spouses and our 8 grands spent a long weekend in this magical house! The layout is perfect for a large gathering with teens and toddlers. The kitchen is set up beautifully with all the things we needed for cooking our meals. We were blessed with lots of snow which made for fun times for all the kids, young and old(ish) . The gas firepit and hot tub sealed the deal. Everything about our stay was truly magical. We I’ll def be back!!!

Family gathering

Spacious home, accommodates a large family, our teens had fun playing ping, pong and corn hole. This home has everything you need. The hot tub is a nice touch to end the night.

Unforgettable 40th Birthday Celebration

We recently celebrated my 40th birthday at this stunning home, and it was the perfect choice! The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful interior design and spacious layout. The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped with top-notch appliances and ample counter space. We spent hours cooking delicious meals together, creating lasting memories. The living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our guests were equally impressed, and the house exceeded all our expectations. As a special bonus, it snowed on our last day, adding a magical touch to our celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate this special milestone. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place for a guys golf trip

Really enjoyed the house. Would stay again. ASVR was solid in their communication to me. My only issue with the listing is the queen bed is actually a pull out couch and not a real bed. I’d have liked to know that when booking. Otherwise, we had a great time!

The house was very clean well maintained. The kitchen appliances are wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The fire pits are the highlight of the house.I highly recommend this house to anyone who has a big family.

Gorgeous new home with everything you could need!

We stayed at the house for a work retreat with a group of 7 adults. The house is wonderfully stocked with enough of everything, which was appreciated. It was big, beautiful, and full of windows letting in lots of natural light. One issue was that the listing was wrong in the description of the beds, and I was told that this was VRBO's fault, the property manager updated it after I brought it to their attention. Either way, it was misleading. Overall, it was a lovely house, and we hope to go back!

Amazing place for large family

This place is spectacular and was the perfect Christmas getaway for my entire family of 20. Grandpa, Siblings, and cousins all enjoyed time together, and this place helped create more memories. I will be coming back if available next season as well.

Family Reunion 2023

This house fit us perfectly! It had everything we needed to cook and clean up for our group. Great outdoor seating area's even when it rained. Great game room for adults and teens. We had a Wonderful Time at this Home another Great One for Our Family's Books.

Wonderful stay

We were here for a family reunion, with 3 children and 11 adults. The accommodations were very comfortable, the place was very clean and well equipped. The appliances, furniture, furnishings, kitchen equipment were all top notch. Check in, stay and check out instructions were clear and readily available (printed folder in living room). The neighborhood was very peaceful and folks friendly, and the home itself had great privacy. Will definitely consider visiting again!
