We were mislead by the advertising of this property. The suite was not what it was supposed to be, and they kept blaming Expedia for it. Plus, when we were checking out, they wanted to add some other fees to the booking that were not in the original one. Very misleading tactics. If they cannot work with thrid parties they shouldn't then, but for customers to be at a disadvantage because they book through a third party is absurd. Very dissapointed that our birthday celebration got almost ruined because of this. Staff was not friendly either and they were very inexperienced. Not recommended.

Es un hotel que lo tiene todo para esta temporada de invierno. Me quede junto a mi familia para la navidad. Estábamos buscando un lugar que se pudiera ski,tubing,ice skating y pool. Eso fue lo que nos encanto. Aunque al pagar nos llego un link para separa nuestros espacio de las actividades por lo del COVID. Cuando llegamos al hotel no tenía suficiente nieve. Y cancelaron los que pagamos por la renta de los ski y tubing.

Disappointed to discover at check-in the lobby, restaurants and bars were all under renovation. The bar was 21 and they had added no additional seating in the adjoining room so nowhere to sit as a family. Unfortunately we had not read the reviews as had been to this property previously so we were unaware of the renovation and it wasn’t indicated for anywhere else.

Positives: 1) Breath taking views. Splurge for a room with a view. 2) very nice room, comfortable beds 3) Friendly staff 4) Keurig with pods in the room Negatives: 1) Main restaurant/entrance being renovated as of March 2024. So photos of front lobby/restaurant are misleading/not there. Also, options for food was visit the bar (not available for under 21), take out, room service, or go to the restaurant at The Inn down the road. Didn’t realize this until we arrived at 6pm, so ended up with room service as we were traveling with kids and no reservations at the Inn restaurant. On the plus side, food was good. 2) Room was clean, but found old gummy bear under bed and used Keurig pod in the coffee set-up 3) Jacuzzi wasn’t working … colder than the pool 4) dirty wine glasses left about the community firepit (still there at 930am) 5) Ample, friendly staff … but unclear what they were all doing. Overall, the view from our room made up for all of the shortcomings of the “resort”. Not sure id stay here again and pay a resort fee for a cold jacuzzi and unkept facilities.

Stayed here previously and enjoyed it. However, when I reserved and prepayed, I was not notified that my room would be in another unconnected building away from the main lodge. When we got to the room, the keys didn't work and no attendants to help. The room was cold all night and we found in the morning the air conditioner was on with no heat. The hot water also had a terrible taste. Made a mistake and made coffee with it. Not happy!!

There was only one working elevator but also no option to use stairs to get down to the lobby from your room. The fire stairs put you outside in inconvenient areas so you have to walk around until you find an entrance. The food at any of the restaurants is basically the same and expensive. I paid $22 for a completely cold standard breakfast. The winery for dinner offers a Seasonal Fruit plate for $22, then it is offered for $17 for breakfast. Either way it’s stupid expensive for fruit.

We have taken our boys to Suncadia through the years as they were growing up. We haven’t been there for four years and my, things have changed. They had the restaurant closed for renovations, so the lobby area, which used to be beautiful and boast a great place to sit with a drink (hot chocolate for the boys!) was drastically affected. I was sad we did not know of this when booking. Especially since we went over Presidents’ Day weekend and expected to relax on property. Nothing was really open around Suncadia. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and everywhere seemed ran down. Will not be going back again.

We stayed at the Inn for one night and enjoyed the experience. Our room was quite nice and quiet, with a lovely view of the golf course. Checking in at the Lodge was a bit inconvenient, as it is a separate building down the road, but the staff were all very kind and helpful. We had heard that the Lodge was under renovation and it was slightly chaotic, as advertised. We are very familiar with Roslyn and went into town for dinner, rather than staying at the Inn and having dinner in their restaurant. One of the staff members mentioned that the Inn is up for renovation soon, which will be nice, as the property is definitely showing some wear. I will say that the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the shower could have used a good scrubbing in the corners, with a bit of mold building up. Otherwise, everything was just fine for a one night stay. The area is just gorgeous and there are so many options for outdoor activities both on and off property. Loads of families at the Lodge, as that seems to be the hub for family-friendly activities.

The lodge is under renovation, which this was not disclosed upon reservation. The main restaurant was not open for dinner; we had to order room service which came 30 mins late with cold food due to the staff being overwhelmed. Additionally, a water main broke, which resulted in all guests being evacuated from the lodge around 10pm for 30 minutes to wait outside in below freezing weather. Management never addressed this issue with us or provided any apology or compensation. Following the broken water pipe, we never had proper hot water in our room for the remainder of our stay.

Shower curtain with mold all over it, towels left out all over pool area frozen to the ground, dangerous, no where to walk bc it’s icy, no microwave or fridge in room even tho that was promised. 2 large containers of hot chocolate empty, so we had noting to drink while waiting hours for a room, and it’s dark outside. Waited 4 hours after check in time to get a room. Chaotic and crazy in the lobby. Jets broken on hot tub but you don’t know until you go out there in 1 degree weather.
