We never saw the host but I called their office and the lady was very helpful. The location was perfect for sledding on a nearby hill and our grandkids loved the game room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a few little glitches. The fireplace worked at times, not consistently. Only one of the elements in the barbecue worked. We couldn’t get the broiler in the kitchen to work. The smoke detector by the primary suite started beeping indicating that the batteries were low. We removed it and left it on the kitchen counter. These were all minor things that in no way effected the enjoyment of our Thanksgiving weekend.

Lovely Christmas Stay

This was a great home for the holidays! The communication is fast, detailed and accurate. We found the home quickly and entered easily. The house is lovely, comfortable and everything was in good repair. It is actually one of the best kept houses we have stayed in without the usual loose knobs or broken drawers. The kitchen is well appointed with almost everything we needed to prepare meals. We made numerous large meals and the only thing we couldn’t find was a hand mixer for meringue! There are dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher, laundry soap for the washing machine and plenty of towels in the drawers. The bathrooms are lovely and had lots of hot water for showers and good water pressure. For the most part, the rooms are spacious, though the bunk room was a little tight so some of the kids left their suitcases in their parent’s room next door. The suite over the game room is lovely with extra privacy and quiet. The hot tub is perfect, worked just as expected, and was fun in the snow. The area is beautiful with lots of trees and the houses aren’t overly close together. There is a Safeway with gas station and a few restaurants in town a 15 minute drive from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Our 2024 family reunion with Grandpa, Grandma, adult siblings, their spouses/significant other AND grandkids 😊 - we had a lovely time! We had plenty of space and amenities for the entire group. The Suncadia parks and walking trails were great, with many different things to do in the general area. Enthusiastically we give this home/experience a thumbs up and a 10 (out of 10). Leadership Retreat Success

We hosted our third annual leadership retreat for the incredible men and women who volunteer through leading hikes and climbs throughout the summer to raise funds towards anti-trafficking work. The location, atmosphere, and housing was perfect for what we needed. We all voted that Suncadia was a great location to connect in the outdoors and also have a great space for discussions as well.

Had a great time

Our family really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and lots of activities. The fire pit was fun to hang out around and the hot tub was a nice bonus for our cold days.

BROTHER - SISTER FAMILY GET-A-WAY

Planned a vacation with Brothers and Sisters (7 adults, all over 55) especially for our special needs brother, he loves it when we are all together. The spacious house with a bathroom for everyone was fantastic. Plenty of room for 3 to 4 in the kitchen when it was meal prep time and at the dinning table for games. Location was great and being on the golf course is a bonus. Enjoyed the outdoor space and heaters in the early morning. Hot tub got plenty of use. Reading the previous reviews prepared us for additional items to bring that made things easier. Some things to note; Even though it states it could sleep 22, I would cut that in half to have room for everyone. Not a lot of space to put away the groceries and goodies you might bring up, we kept tubs of dry goods close to the kitchen for convenience - worked fine. No ice maker or ice cube trays - bought lots of ice. There isn't enough plates and bowls to cover 12 people if you wanted to all eat together, lots of dishwashing was going on. We gave the B-B-Q a good scrubbing, hadn't been done in quite some time. Nothing major or deal breaker - would come back again for sure. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Enjoyed our annual family reunion at this house.

My extended family and I enjoyed our time here. Just the right size for our group. It would have been nice to have a pantry of some sort as finding a place to easily store snacks and non refrigerated foods was a little challenging. Also could have used some more dishes and bowls. Otherwise, much fun was had.

Great accommodations for large family

We rented for four days in July to celebrate milestone anniversary for my parents. The house was in great condition and well set up for a latte group. We did have a few golf balls fly in to the back patio so be on your guard! It was very hot and the back patio could use a fan and some coffee type tables or side tables but plenty of seating. We were outside a lot. The ice maker didn’t work which I had seen noted in previous reviews but had expected it to be fixed by the time we stayed there (booked months in advance). We spent a fortune on ice! The oven stopped working midway through the stay, we couldn’t figure out why. Property manager brought us a small countertop toaster oven which helped us get by. The rooms were clean (except bathroom exhaust fans). Kitchen is well stocked in general. Bring a couple cutting boards and spices for whatever you are cooking. Lots of large bowls and dishes were provided but short on cutting boards (2) and baking pans. We would rent this house again. Very enjoyable. The “teen lounge” in the garage was very popular. ❤️
