This is our third time at the property with this host, and the entire experience is easy and comfortable. The home is georgeous, the couches and beds super comfortable. We appreciate being able to bring our two little fur balls who also enjoy it. The hot tub is relaxing at the beginning and/or the end of the day. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Extremely Dirty and unkept property!!

We booked this rental because it was the highest rated unit available at Suncadia on VRBO during our required dates. With the high rating and attention to detail the host had in his notes on the home, we were expecting a great stay. Unfortunately, we had the opposite experience. Upon arrival, the home was disgusting; the floors were so dirty that a simple walk from one side to the other resulted in socks caked with dirt and debris. There were food crumbs all over the floor under the dining table, there was jam stuck to the chairs and the floors. The toilets were caked with grime and the tubs full of someone else’s hair. All surfaces were grimey and unkept. The windows were smeared with dirt, fingerprints and dog slobber, and the hot tub had pink slime. This home is literally dirtier than mine has ever been and I have pets and children.To James’ credit, he did refund our cleaning fee right away and he sent someone to clean the hot tub the next day (it wasn’t clean after though, only the pink slime was wiped off) but our stay was not good. We asked to be moved by VRBO and they would not and so I scrubbed the toilets and vacuumed the floors and wiped down the chairs and we made the best of it, but fair warning: absolutely DO NOT stay here until the state of this home is addressed. I sent the host over 20 pictures and expected more urgency. The home needs to be SCRUBBED before any other guest experiences the grossed out feeling that we endured over our weekend stay.

Best place at Suncadia!!!

We’ve stayed at Suncadia dozens of times and this is by far the best place! The owners have made an oasis to relax, unwind, and have fun. The check-in process was so easy, as well as communication throughout the stay. Thank you for going above and beyond to create this safe, clean, and comfortable experience!

Comfortable getaway

We stayed 3 nights. Got in late the first night. Had no trouble accessing the property. There was a lot of sand in the walkway, which I suspect was to address potential ice. While I understand wanting to avoid using salt, the trade off is the near impossible to keep clean floors. They want you to take off you shoes immediately which we did, but then noticed how dirty the floors were on our socks/feet. Lots of things available for children and babies. Not useful for us, but I imagine a nice touch for some families. The hot tub was nice and clean, though dated. There was a lot of ice around trying to access the hot tub, made especially difficult because they don’t want you wearing outdoor footwear inside. Could be better options for shoe/sandal storage on the back deck or inside the slider. The trees and house spacing for the neighborhood is nice. Doesn’t feel too close even though they are. Privacy wasn’t the best with the master bedroom - the slider needs 1-2 more curtains to block prying eyes. Would definitely consider staying again.

Comfortable and relaxing trip!

My kids and I came for midwinter break. They loved the hot tub and playing in the snow. We had plenty of room to cook meals and everything we needed. We also loved that we could bring our dog, she had a great time also.

Beautiful home in the mountains to relax and unwind!

If you're looking for a mountain destination, this home is perfect I. From the first interaction with the owner, James, he responded quickly, checked in once we arrived and provided great care for our family. We really appreciate him opening his home for others to use. It was the perfect home for two teenagers who each got their own bedrooms and my husband and I had the master suite downstairs. We cooked breakfast every morning in their well equipped kitchen and dined out for dinner the other nights. We highly recommend a visit to Suncadia and staying in this home. You'll relax and have a true vacation. Thank you!

Girly Weekend in Suncadia

We had a blast in this perfect spot! We loved seeing the gorgeous fall leaves change, and the location of this home was perfect for getting around to all parts of the Suncadia grounds. Super agreeable and helpful host, we would definitely like to stay again!

The property was clean, attractive, and centrally located in the Suncadia Resort. It was a good base for golf on the Prospector course, Swiftwater Cellars, biking and hiking, and trips to Rosyln and Cle Elum.

Three days in Suncadia enjoying walking, hike nearby, Roslyn farmers market, pools … and lovely accommodations. House was lovely and very well equipped. Host provided lots of useful information before our trip and was very accommodating.

Fabulous house in Suncadia

We loved this beautiful house! From dinners on the deck to movies on the big/comfy sectional, to games from their large selection, it was a very fun weekend. We found the house very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials. We would stay here again!

Girl’s weekend

The house was perfect for our girl’s getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday! The house had plenty of room for the four of us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and house was clean. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the Glade Spring Spa. Very relaxing!!

Fantastic Location, Cozy Home

Very comfortable home with plenty of space for all 5 of us, including our old man hound. Fireplace and hot tub were perfect against a snowy backdrop. The house is in walking distance to the tubing hill, ice skating rink and Stovehouse Restaurant. Arcade day at the lodge was also a big hit. Thank you for a great midwinter break!

Needed liquid detergent they have a huge jug of it. And no dishwasher pods. We went and bought some. Safeway nearby. Go do the Roslyn market on Sunday my favorite. Lots activities at the resort. Very good biking trails and paths. Best pizza Village Pizza in Roslyn Hot tub has a mildew problem Great biking trails and paths. Overall great weekend get away

Perfect family getaway

This is a GREAT property for a family (or perhaps two small families). It's a beautiful home, with EVERYTHING you need, in the heart of Suncadia and close to everything. Our host James was super-responsive when we had a couple of questions, getting back to us immediately with great answers and making everything really easy. Kitchen is extremely well-equipped, indoor and outdoor dining areas are wonderful, hot tub was perfect temperature. It's hard to imagine a better place for a short Suncadia getaway. We definitely hope to come back.
