Did not expect the road noise and loss of fireplace was disappointing. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Morning view of river was beautiful. The all night lights were hard for some. Hot tub easy to use and delightful in all weather.

The house is comfortable with beautiful views. Loved the Screensaver on the TV the night of arrival, wish we could have gotten it back on. The chairs by the river, the lawn games,the swing and the dog friendly basket helped make our stay memorable. Lavender lake was fun for paddleboarding and swimming. Beautiful river retreat

We stayed for a long weekend with family for our son's baseball tournament in Ellensburg. The house was actually better than the pictures depict with everything needed for a great stay. The section of river was great for cooling off and the hottub afterwards was perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Our family have a good time there. Good location, nice view, lots of fun. I highly recommend go there during snow season hot tub with snow Mountain View. Perfect vacation combination however, there lots of rules need to follow and the bathroom not nice as I expected

Great getaway near easy access to main highway

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was beautifully located, with a mountain right out your living room and a hot tub to enjoy it with. Super clean and easy to navigate the check-in-process. It was smooth from start to finish.

Perfect modern cabin in a beautiful woodsy location!

This was my first experience with a VRBO and the process couldn't have been easier. Great communication throughout the rental process and prior to our arrival. The location and cabin was exactly as advertised. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. All the amenities we have at home were available here (fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer and dryer, dishes, etc.). This was the perfect place for a long, relaxing weekend with family. It was so nice having the river right there in the backyard, and the lake a short walk away. We've been talking about planning another vacation at the cabin since we got home. Thank you for the opportunity to share this amazing home!!

Family weekend

We had a great family weekend hiking and picking chanterelle mushrooms. The river and elk bugling right behind the house was amazing. Favorite part was the hot tub after a full day of activities. Internet was super slow but lots of great places close by in Roslyn or Cle Elum if you need access for work or school so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

Beautiful Yakima River side. Lodge is very clean and super comfortable. Peaceful sitting by the river was our favorite. We will definitely come back again.

Relaxing Getaway

Plenty of space for six people and four large dogs. The property is fairly rural but is close to the quaint towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum. The river behind the house is very fast-paced and care should be taken with children/pets as there is no fence. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor - we weren't able to browse the internet on our phones or watch the TV that was provided. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, however.

Riverside getaway

Last of summer getaway for some fishing and outdoor time - our family of 5 plus the dog had a great time. Cabin was perfect for our needs. And very clean which seems to be an issue with a lot of places these days so we were very happy when we arrived to find it was in excellent condition for a cabin in the mountains!

Great time on the Yakima River

We had a great stay at the River Rocks Cabin. It was clean and well equipped. By far the best part was the back yard with nice outdoor seating and great access to the Yakima River. All Seasons Vacation Rentals provided great information and communication throughout the process.

Family get together

Great relaxing and quiet stay. Had a bit of an issue with the air conditioner but didn’t bother our stay too much. Had a great time. The river was running a bit fast so if you have children you may want to take that in mind. The river bank is not too close to the house.

Comfy cabin

The space was very comfy for a total of five adults. Everyone had their own bed and the couches gave us more than enough comfy seating space. Having river access was a lot of fun. My only suggestion would be maybe for some Adirondack chairs. Bring your own camping chairs for some riverside relaxation.

Overall a nice home on the river and very short walk to the lake. Comfy beds, good A/C, well stocked kitchen. My only thing was some of the extra blankets in the armoire looked dirty- dog hair/crumbs. And they specifically ask that you don’t remove duvet covers for washing when you leave.

Very Relaxing

Great place for spring break. Still a tad cold for the trout fishing but loved being able to fish from the house. I would say add some cookie sheets, a bit minimal on kitchen items and if possible, ziplock bags. Otherwise pack some bags for leftovers. But overall we all had a great relaxing time and loved the dog friendly welcome as well!!

Beautiful

The house and the surrounding was absolutely beautiful. Went there for a friends getaway while kids on spring break. The lake was just stocked which allowed for some fun on the lake catching trout. The hot tub was amazing. Being on the river was beautiful. Can’t wait to do it again.
