We loved the easy walk to the Harvest Festival. It was wonderful for the 5 children all under four years old. We plan to do this annually. Suncadia is a very special place for my Family. I have a few suggestions for the Property Manager. The stay was prefect

The house itself was great — spacious, well-designed, and perfect for families or groups. We loved that it had multiple master bedrooms, a fun game room, and a great kitchen and living area. The location was also fantastic.However, there were a few downsides that kept it from being a perfect stay. The 4 p.m. check-in time is extremely late, with no flexibility for early check-in or late check-out, which was disappointing. The house only provided two thin towels per bedroom and no extra mats or towels for the floor. Some rooms didn’t have curtains on all windows, which made naps difficult for our toddlers and early morning wake-ups unavoidable. Supplies were also very minimal — only one roll of paper towels and very limited essentials — which made it feel like the hosts were cutting corners on quality and inventory.That said, communication with the hosts was fast and clear, which we appreciated. Overall, this could have been a five-star stay if the property offered more flexibility and stocked the basics more generously.

Beautiful home very clean, comfortable beds, perfect for a girls get away weekend. Perfect kitchen to host a guest chef to spoil us with an amazing dinner. Will absolutely stay here again.

This was a heartbreaking experience for my family. Our children were just being kids—playing outside in the afternoon between 2–5 PM, long before the 10 PM quiet hours—but the neighbors still called the police on us. Even the officers who showed up couldn’t understand why they were called. We followed every rule, but it was clear we weren’t accepted here. As a Black family, we couldn’t shake the feeling that we were targeted simply because we didn’t ‘fit in.’ We don’t smoke, we don’t carry weapons, we respected the community guidelines—but our children laughing and playing was treated like a crime. No family should ever feel this unwelcome.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The management company was dutiful but not obtrusive. Sancadia is very beautiful resort. Yes you can walk to Nelson Farm but the pool is only open to guests of the resort.

Beautiful home with great amenities

The property worked out well for our group of 8 adults. Could have handled more, but some had to cancel last minute. The three large bedrooms with King beds and private bathrooms were fantastic. The additional rooms with smaller beds worked fine for our single guests.The game room was super fun and the hot tub was clean and a great size for a group of adults.My only suggestion for the property team is to ensure that the cleaning service also spends a moment outside to wipe down the tables between stays. It looked like it had been a while since they were cleaned.

Christmas in May

This stay was our family “Christmas in May” trip. There are 20 people in our immediate family that spans 4 generations. Instead of giving “presents” my husband and I give our family a “staycation” hoping to create memories instead of gifts that will soon get tossed aside. This house was perfect for us and extended far beyond what we imagined. This house will go down in the books for memories! The house had plenty of space and spaces to hang out in and never felt cramped. The property management team was incredibly responsive and courteous.The only negative was parking.We understand the reasons behind it but it was a bit restrictive and difficult to control as we did not have the ability to combine cars and families due to various locations we were coming from along with work schedules. It did not dampen our spirits, however, and everyone had a really great weekend The hot tub was AMAZING and the game room was great for the kids while the parents relaxed by the fire pit. All in all a lovely weekend!

Nice home!

The hot tub and game room was fun for our adult group of friends. The house had plenty of space and would be fun to bring kids too. They are set for all ages! The only issue we had was the gate code did not work. Customer service answered the call, but I never heard a resolution. Gate is open during the day.

First week in April

The Residence was excellent! Great game room, hot tub, kitchen were top notch. And the open floor plan downstairs was really great. Beds were soft and comfortable. Wishing that with larger parties staying in the home, who cook all meals together, that consideration would have been given for additional laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. It was unfortunate the second dishwasher was out of order during our stay. Property management team was excellent. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay

Our group of friends loved this house. The hot tub, the back patio, the amazing game room, the nearby walking paths--we enjoyed all of it! It's nicely decorated and has everything you need. The hosts were also easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Annual Friends Reunion a Success!

The house worked very well for old friends of five couples to play, eat, relax, chill in the hot tub, explore the trails, go to the spa, and take a short drive to rafting, cafes, and restaurants.
