The house is beautifully decorated and very family friendly. There’s a kids room with bunk beds, teepe and books. Upstairs there’re board games and a shuffle board. The location is pretty close to the inn and lodge. When we needed to find the gas tank for the grill it’s easy to contact the host and solve the problem. We had a great time visiting!

Everything was perfect! Loved the house, especially the hot tub, shuffle board, and visiting deer. Very clean home, well equipped kitchen, and definitely would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The property was great. Everything was clean and it was well stocked. It was very convenient for attending a wedding at Swiftwater Cellars and the owners were very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could get ready for the wedding.

Wonderful family home

This house is in an excellent location and is well stocked for your stay. The home has many toys, books etc for younger kids which was awesome! Molly is a great host!

We had a great time at Suncadia. What a beautiful home to spend my wife's birthday at. The communications with Molly were great. Super responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

Beautiful home & wonderful owner

Best neighborhood in Suncadia! Walkable to the lodge, swim center, park, & golf. Beautifully decorated home with wonderful kids amenities/bedrooms. The owner was wonderful with excellent communication - highly recommend this home for summer or winter stays due to the great location!

Very nice

This house and amenities were exactly what we were looking for - two families with teen besties that could bunk all 4 girls in one room. Very comfortable living room and relaxing ambience. Location was an easy walk to the lodge and the winery.

My friends and I stayed at this lovely home for two nights. It is exactly as advertised - immaculate, well-appointed, and in an unbeatable location in Suncadia. I exchanged a couple of messages with the owners, who responded immediately each time (even late on a Friday evening). I’m so glad to have found this home and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

We wanted to find a place to go for Memorial Day weekend that wasn't too far of a drive. We needed a kid friendly home with a hot tub and this house met those needs and then some! It was perfect in every way; house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We'll definitely stay here again; Molly was prompt to answer my questions and my (2) granddaughters had a blast playing witht all of the toys!

Thanksgiving Holiday

Excellent experience at this home. We even had our Thanksgiving dinner and had all the necessary equipment to put it on! We totally enjoyed the hot tub, the lovely fireplace, big screen TV for all the holiday football and a very comfortable setting for our family. We would love to do it all over again.

Family friendly and relaxing!

Molly was super helpful and communicative right from the beginning of booking to checking in. This home is gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family. Our kiddos loved playing with all the toys and scooters provided. We really felt like this was our home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We hope to return again one day!

Cozy and clean

Had a great stay. Check-in and out were easy and the house was is great shape, clean inside and out. Hot tub and fire pit were the highlights for us! It is on the main drag in suncadia so ALOT of road noise is constant. Plus, it was a big wedding weekend, so that made the noise exponential for our stay. Upstairs bed rooms were great for kids, but man, low/no AC up there.

Cozy just like a home.

We recently stayed here with our kids for a quick and impromptu recharge from the normal day to day. We found "Paradise Pine" by chance and we are glad that we did. Communication from Molly was great! Everything was exactly as described. The home was very well kept and felt more like a home than a rental. I really appreciated that the home was furnished more tastefully than the run of the mill rental. They really did a great job extending their second home to share with their guests. Well done.

Gorgeous home, Great location

Beautifully decorated home with fully-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the A/C during the heat of the day, but everyone migrated outside to the covered patio couches and chairs. There were comfortable beds in the bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms (enough for the 6 ladies in the family to prepare for the wedding). The house is in a good location for walking to the Inn, Lodge and swim center. Son and grandson had a shuffle board tournament in the loft. Two grand-daughters used the bikes to explore the neighborhood.
