This place was amazing. The only bad part was a lot of the bikes and ping tong table were broken or not well kept so it was hard to use.

We very much enjoyed the home, and had a great family get together! The location was very central to our family and the area is beautiful. We appreciated the owner’s communication and accommodating manner. We are excited to book another stay in the future, it would be great to see the property in the winter with snow!

Suncadia Home
The home was very nice. It was well stocked for the most part with cleaning supplies, sheets, towels etc.. Located in a very quiet area and spacious enough for all our crew to gather and have a quiet place as well - both inside and out. I would certainly stay there again.

Lots of entertaining, great house layout
We had a great time at the property. We had a large group of adults and teenagers but we all fit nicely, with the large living and deck just off the living. Also a lot of amenities like sound bar we used for music, games, etc.

Fun family spring break
This house is so nice! It's thoughtfully decorated, has everything you need, and has a perfect layout. There's lots of fun things to do: hot tub, sauna, golf simulator, video games, board games, foosball, giant TV. We had a great time.

Great cabin for a large group of people
We had a lovely time at the cabin with our big family. A group of all ages. Everyone loved the hills out back for sledding! Beautiful place for a little winter getaway. Cabin was well stocked with all the essential items and functional for what everyone needed. Communication was great if we needed anything addressed, with quick responses. Thanks for a great stay!

Great for our wedding weekend
We rented this home for our wedding weekend and our guests had a wonderful time. Everything was great! There are lots of stairs as the owner states very clearly. So glad we put able bodied guests in this house. The kids had so much fun here with the hot tub and golf simulator! Great rental experience and excellent communication by Rick.

Fall Golf Getaway
We loved our long weekend golf getaway in Suncadia. The house was perfect for our family, so close to the greens but privately located on Larkspur Loop with room to feel secluded. The house was warm well equipped very clean and open. Simple and beautiful decor in the kitchen, dining space and master bedroom/bath on main level and awesome bunk room and 2 bedrooms on the lower level for kids. The golf simulator was fun to practice on. We brought our golden retriever Mae who adored walking thru the chilly air on trails. We can’t wait to return in the snowy season.

Daughters Weddding
Had a great stay at Rick's house. Our daughter got married at Swiftwater and we used the house as our central command post! Bride and bridesmaids all got ready here. The huge family room was perfect. for this. We then had a brunch for the bridal party. The back yard was perfect for it. Very private and a nice flat yard. Rick was very helpful in our planning and communicated quickly. to any questions we had. The only issue was the freezer door on the fridge was tricky / broken, but I think that was on the list to fix. I would highly recommend this house. Pets and events are aok! Not many in the Suncadia Resort have these options.

Outdoor Paradise!
Great location, comfortable seating for everyone inside and out, all sorts of games available, right on the golf course, secluded enough house for privacy, huge hot tub. I mean this place has it all and I would highly recommend!

Good for families
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and easy to reach the owner with our questions. Kitchen was well stocked and had multiple coffee maker options. Great house if you have a Dog. Not a great option for anyone who elderly or can’t navigate a lot of stairs. Perfect for 2 families. A few things could use some maintenance. The Hot Tub was 104 degrees and there was some issues getting it the correct temperature. The Firetable on the back deck didn’t stay lit and there are some broken rails on the deck and the lights/lighting in the Master Bedroom and dining area were difficult to gage. These are just small things that didn’t impact our experience...but should be looked at. We would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation Spot
We had a very comfortable stay at Rick's house! The layout works particularly well for a family with smaller kids as it's easy to all gather together in the open floor plan, and to also keep an eye on what older kids are doing downstairs! The kitchen is very well equipped which was fantastic, and we had a great time with the golf simulator and other game room amenities! Would definitely come back to this spot!

Beautiful and fun
Beautiful area! The house was great! Had extra things we may have needed like paper towel and garbage bags. The golf simulator, fusbol, and ping pong were a huge hit! Went tubing and spent a day at the summit. Cozy in front of the fireplace watching T.V. or just reading on a snowy day. Would stay again!

Spacious house with lots of activities for everyone!
We loved this house! The kids had fun sledding in the backyard on the hills at the golf course and spending the evenings in the giant hot tub! Lots of games and toys for everyone at the house. Love the open concept upstairs and how "homey" the whole house felt. Rick, the owner, was great! He kept in touch through the whole stay and anything we needed, he sent someone out right away for it. He even let us have a late check out to enjoy the resort with no extra charge - we feel so lucky!! We will definitely be back again to stay at this place. It was perfect!

Great home, great location, great amenities
We brought our family of 5 .. plus our dog .. and had in-laws and a sister come visit during "quarantine week" of work/school. The house was terrific... very pet friendly with gates... terrific wifi connection... plenty of space .. excellent amenities ... and Rick was a superb and very responsive host. one pleasant surprise is that there's a gas firepit in the backyard.. we sat around looking at stars and making s'mores. Awesome time away from screens! Also ... worth noting it's got four actual-bedrooms *including the bunkroom* with queen bed... and the "bonus room" is a room with pullout couch, foosball table and TV/Xbox... not a separate bedroom. Overall... great experience, highly recommend!

Super get-away home for your next vacation
We had a wonderful experience at this property - the home is beautiful and fully outfitted for guests of any age. From baby gates and high chairs to ping pong and golf simulator, it is easy to roll up and enjoy a stress-free stay. The hot tub outside has a scenic view and I heard from the owner they will adding a firepit as well. The upstairs deck is just gorgeous any time of day. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you would need and there is an outdoor grill as well. Such a great getaway - bikes, longboard and sports equipment in the garage. Super-responsive team for cleaning needs and absolutely top-notch customer service. The owner is communicative and helpful and this home will not disappoint!

Fabulous Family Getaway
What an amazing property! We had 6 people for a week-long getaway and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. Literally EVERYTHING we needed and more for a relaxing week together with family. The property manager was extremely responsive and made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. We are already talking about a return visit this fall.

Great house in Suncadia
I absolutely loved staying at this home! It was exactly as pictured, and all the amenities were great, it was awesome for a large group with plenty of space for everyone. You can see the golf course from the deck which was fun, and there is plenty of seating outside for everyone to sit out and enjoy the sun or play the various yard games available. Rick was so helpful and quick with responding whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!
This place is awesome! We've stayed at many vacation homes and it's apparent that the hosts are on VRBO because they truly love sharing the experience of this beautiful home with others. Well thought-out, beautifully decorated, couldn't have asked for a better experience! The plethora of sleds available made for a fun time for our large family. We are very grateful for these hosts and their wonderful home!
