"Lovely little cottage. We booked here as it was close to Cannon Hall Farm, Hall and gardens, which was the main purpose of our visit -10mins drive up the road! "Mistal was spotless, The surrounding area was beautiful with some wonderful dog walks.The kitchen was well equipped if we’d felt inclined to cook, but with the large number of local pubs to check out we left the cooking for another time. The whole accommodation was comfortable and our hosts were lovely giving us suggestions of cafes and pubs that were worth a visit, as well as some historical and local information. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area."

"What a lovely place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We parked up the car at the back of the pub and left it there for two days because everything you need is right there. We did a great walk from the pub and bought essentials from the little shop at the campsite opposite. The food at the pub was great . I highly recommend."

I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!).
