"The listing for this property is not accurate. There is not a grill nor a fire pit. It also lists dining for 6 but there are only 4 chairs. In addition, it lists a desk chair, but there wasn’t one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms to hang the bath towels. No hand towels were provided. The property needs a deep clean. There is also an ant problem as well as an issue with fruit flies. The proximity to 440 was convenient."

"When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. I began calling and texting host a little after 6:00 am leaving multiple messages and trying to reach by phone but only getting answering machine with Message...

"Unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom (in the air vent and the shower). The entire vent was sprinkled with it, which is directly next to the toilet. There was much less in the shower. My son, who is allergic to black mold, had to wear a mask every time he went in. He did not shower. We sent pictures at the owners request but did not get a response. The communication otherwise was fine. We will not be returning."
