"Cabin was great, yard was beautiful. City was close if you need anything. Jake the host was very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would call out is that there are steep stairs that lead down to the lake. So be prepared for that! "

"We had 2 families with adult children stay here. We had plenty of room. We had a great time and only wish it hadn’t rained as much. We did get one day to enjoy playing pickleball outside on the driveway and then going on the lake for a boat ride. Id say our only complaint would be that 2 pull out couch beds were not comfortable. And the “library desk area” could be better utilized as another room or a twin daybed (trundle bed). Thanks so much! We hope to visit again!"

"The Eleanor is a a pretty, cozy, well-appointed dwelling with a shabby-chic cottage ambience. We stayed one night, after attending a wedding at the Shed, but would have been happy to stay for a long weekend, to explore the countryside around Amery.
