"xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain."

"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"This is our third time staying at Green Haven and each time we have opted for the Barn Owl cabin which is perfect for me and my wife and our little Chorkie. Previously we have stayed for only the one night but we enjoyed it so much that this time we opted for a two night stay. As with every time we were greeted like friends and made to feel so welcome. "The lodge was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Barbara and Luke were excellent hosts. Fished the small lake as Luke said it was rarely fished. Caught bream up to 6lb on luncheon meat. Enjoyed some nice walks in the area."

"Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. "We had an amazing weekend at Bunting Lodge, it was spotless, tidy and fully equipped. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The grass area outside was ample space for our young boy to play with his football safely. The only thing that caught us off guard was a bbq was advertised so we took food and there wasn’t one, after speaking to Marion, I completely agree to why, we just used the oven instead. It didn’t dampen our weekend. Was sad to come home a day early due to personal reasons....
