"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. "I stay here every two weeks for work and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It’s the perfect balance between hotel functionality and the warmth of a home in the heart of Leicester.
The best part: The peace and quiet for resting, the convenience of having my own kitchen, the location, and a team that always makes you feel welcome."

The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped!
That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...
