"Lovely friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. I only ate in the hotel the once during my stay, but the food and room service I had was very good. The location is great - a short walk away from the excellent Broughton Inn and a whole load of other eating and drinking places. Would definitely stay again."

"Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful. Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here."

"Such a great place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff are excellent; friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, too. And our twin room was very comfortable - very comfy beds and excellent shower en-suite. Very nice touches in lots of ways. We ate dinner both nights and were very impressed with both the quality and quantity of the meals. We really hope we will have another visit! "

"I stayed here with my partner and 2 young children. We booked a room with two double beds - this was perfect. What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place. The hotel has a super heated, indoor swimming pool, and a playground outside. I also really appreciated the box of "help yourself" to...

"Room was clean although the bathroom could do with a deep clean (shower area). Staff were very pleasant and the food was delicious. One of the main reasons for booking the Waddington Arms was that the website said they have an EV charger. Upon arrival we found out that it had been removed last year, luckily enough I was able to charge up in clitheroe. I would go back regardless of the lack of charger, although it would have been a bonus"

"We are a family of three who spent two nights in the family room. It was spotless, comfortable, very well presented with good facilities. We had an issue on our first night but the staff did their best to deal with it. Fortunately this was resolved. Breakfast was great, excellent quality and a good selection. We will definitely stay here again."

"Friendly welcome, Room 1, nice and well decorated, comfy bed, and a good selection of pillow sizes, shower was a rainfall, with good pressure and coverage. Restaurant and Bar raised area also for eating or drinking , so accommodating to a single traveller, it was lovely. I stay away over 40 weeks a year, and this is my number one for this area . 5 stars from me "

L’habitació era petita i les finestres donaven a les instal·lacions tècniques de l’hotel, en canvi el preu corresponia a una suite. Necessites un vehicle per arribar a l’hotel. Els serveis de personal i especialment la cuina son excelents. "
