"We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future."

"Unique little inn with spacious rooms. It was a breath of fresh air to NOT stay in a chain hotel. The room was clean and quiet. the staff was courteous and helpful with walking distance restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful dinner at Lillie Pearl. Surprised by the great breakfast and excellent coffee the next morning at hotel's on site cafe. The only negative was we got a $30 parking ticket at the nearby garage we were advised to park at. The machine that distributes tickets was...

"El concepto es buenísimo. Como si fuera un dorm de una universidad. En el lobby tienen una cafetería, mesa de billar, de video juegos, juegos de mesa, sofá frente a la chimenea. Y el cuarto era una suite de una recámara con una litera y sofá cama en la sala y una cama king size en la recámara. Dos baños, todo decorado con el concepto universitario. Muy recomendable y cerca de todo."

"Easy check-in; very nice room; comfortable bed and great bathroom. They are doing some remodeling so the hallways look rough but our room was fantastic. A self-service parking garage is a block away. Safe area. Would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...
