Overall a nice house. The dishes were not clean from the previous stay. We pulled some out of the cabinets with food still on them. Minimal pots to cook large meals. The street is crowded with neighbor parking. We had 4 families coming together so 4 cars going in and out was difficult with all the others parked nearby. Closely located to everything you need in Clarksville though. The couches were small and very low so also not ideal for our particular situation but others may not find as an issue. The futons were not comfortable at all to sleep on even after padding with some blankets so we would recommend bringing your own air mattresses or not counting on the futons as a bed in your plan for your stay. The check in process was easy and the company is quick to respond to your messages.
