My stay involved several operational challenges future guests should consider.Check-in required four external verification steps outside the standard VRBO process, including a rental agreement, selfie ID verification, questionnaire, and security deposit pre-authorization. Some links did not function properly, resulting in a 2 hour 26 minute three-way call with VRBO Support and management before approval was completed.Access to the unit was delayed five hours beyond the stated 3:00 PM check-in due to cleaning coordination. The apartment was not ready until after 8:00 PM.The advertised smart TV was not usable for part of the stay due to activation issues, and internet service was intermittent initially.Apartment E is a second-story unit, which was not clearly disclosed. The property is located behind an airport, next to railway tracks, and near Ft. Campbell; aircraft noise and noticeable vibrations were present.Kitchenware consisted primarily of lightweight plastic dishware.Management did provide partial goodwill compensation. However, the combined administrative issues, delayed access, amenity disruption, and environmental noise made the overall experience below expectations.
