"The staff were nice, but the building was a little bit outdated. Only complaint was in the middle of the night. They called us that their transportation was there, but we never booked transportation and it ruined our sleep. Other than that, the hotel was enough if you just wanted to rest."

"We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."

"The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!"

"Airport shuttle is on call. Rooms are over the restaurant/bar, likely noisy on weekend, but I was there during week. Restaurant and bar is open 24/7"

"It was okay. Staff were good. We were booked In the old building. We did not know about old and new buildings. Old building guests have to walk or get free cart ride to basement of new building to use the pool. Then take escalator up to lobby near pool. ( Sandals and bathing suits can’t be worn in the lobby. )There is no way to get there except this way for us. The man at the pool informed us we need to bring dry clothes and sneakers. Pool was small anyway . Not worth the hassle or price. Much...

"Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. "

"The staff was not friendly a girl stole money and gold from my room. Although they have cctv the picture was horrible couldn't see her face. The room was horrible very old. The pool was excellent but a charge of100 php per person. We had to leave after one week because of conditions and staff i do not recommend that place"

"Room was extremely dirty. The toilet seat is brown and broken. The bed did not have sheets. Just unwashed blanket. The hotel is in very bad disrepair. Needs a huge renovation. The pictures were not accurate of the room you get. "
