One thing that set this resort apart for me is that the actual resort offers Scuba diving, not to be confused with snorkeling(it is an additional cost but worth it), which I did not find at many of the other resorts. I also loved that everybody that was working there would go out of their way to greet you and were always very friendly or helpful!"

"This property was amazing, the views are breathtaking, the staff was beyond amazing. The spa staff, went above and beyond to take care of us. The room service and housekeeping staff were so friendly, prompt and professional. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices for every taste. The smiles and cheer that all of the staff shared with us made our stay so very enjoyable. The only drawback to the property are the stairs, the property is built on the hillside so be ready, however they have a driver available all day to transport the guest around if you do not want to walk. We will most definitely return to the property. "

"Sea Shell Palms is located behind a shopping center. It is easy to find from the main road. My room was very clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, spoon, and tea in the room. Breakfast is delivered to the room each morning and the restaurant, ice cream shop, and supermarkets are close by in the shopping center. I sat outside on the veranda and enjoyed the ocean breeze while I read and ate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They knew a wonderful driver who took me to the beach and other areas. During my 8-night say, the hotel was working on adding ground floor rooms and a swimming pool. I had a great stay and look forward to staying at the Sea Shell Palms again."
