"So much to say. Wonderful, friendly,chatty hosts, The house is spotless. They are so organised and work like clockwork. Nothing was too much bother for the hosts. It is asked that you vacate by 10 am but there was no rush for us to go. It's hard to express just how pleasant our stay was. Thankyou Pauline and Dave"

"Loverly setting however the bed and especially the pillows are not good enough for a good nights sleep or comfort, I hand a ground room and at 22:30 the room above was used which for the rest of the night the gentleman may as well have been in my room with me and could hear every from TV, walking around and phones calls WIFI poor also but have seen this reviews previously and it’s just a remote place but very peaceful so don’t plan on getting any work done on PC."

"The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. "

"No heating and cheap duvet = freezing cold unable to sleep. No bedside table or bedside light. No seating or "work/eating desk". Small sink in bathroom too small to fill kettle, no plug in sink. Only one light switch in the room (by the entry door). Good mood lighting but got the impression that hourly rates might be available! Didn't stay for breakfast ..... "
