Muy bonito el lugar bueno cuando entras a donde están las habitaciones ya que antes de entrar da un poco de miedo lo también no me gusto es q los baños están fuera de la habitación! Lo demas muy limpieza y el trato excelente

No lo recomendaría...
¡Terrible! No tuvimos agua ni internet. No hay ascensor, así que tienes que subir mil escaleras. Si, Anna la dueña fue muy amable con nosotros, pero definitivamente no nos volveríamos a quedar ahí, ni lo recomendaría. La ubicación es excelente.

Buongiorno!Nel giorno quando vuoi siete stati,purtroppo è stato un problema della città di Civitavecchia in quanto hanno fermato l'acqua per un intervento urgente.Noi abbiamo pure dei serbatoi per questo tipo di inconvenienza,però purtroppo in un bagno abbiamo trovato un rubinetto acceso per tutta la notte e di conseguenza il serbatoi si e svuotato.In quanto riguarda l'assenza del ascensore è ben indicato sul sito di prenotazione.In tre anni di attività non era mai successo che mancava l'acqua.Purtroppo è stata una situazione difficile...Mi dispiace veramente molto!Cordiali saluti!

La entrada al edificio es muy vieja y obscura y fue difícil encontrar el lugar, el letrero en muy pequeño. No hay elevador y está en un segundo piso; sin embargo dentro del departamento todo está muy lindo y limpio. La atención de la anfitriona es excelente.

I didn’t stay at premisses , not suitable for older persons No elevator , no staff to help when needed is an old four story building . I got recently mini stroke , no way would I claimed three floors with suitcases . I will request full refund for that booking. Further more I had to cancel car rental you us provider forgot to inform me that rental office in Trieste would be close that day ….. holiday . Yes very unhappy costumer .

Good morning! We are really sorry when our guests do not read the information about the property. All the information is on the site even that we don't have an elevator, all you had to do was read. We are offered to carry your suitcases to your room as you know. We do not consider it right to leave a review taking into account that you have not stayed in our facility.

This hotel was quaint in a quaint town. It is close to the train going into Rome. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The room was very large.

Lady who met me as I got off the ship and helped me with my luggage up 4 flights of stairs was outstanding. Also waited for me so I didn’t miss breakfast in the morning! Room was spacious and clean.

B&B Owner Anna and her staff Cherry are so helpful and friendly! We got off the cruiseship so much earlier than check-in time! But they put our luggage in safe storage so we don't have to carry the them around while sightseeing! The breakfast is really quite elaborate! Sweets, toasts, bagels, fruits, cold meats, coffee or tea! The marble staircases are a bit difficult for us older folks. But Anna and Cherry were always around to help us out!,

We enjoyed the old building with marble staircases and heritage facades. It's nicely located near rhe Fortress Michaelangelo, dining options and convenient stores.

The place was very nice. We had in-suite room so excellent. Owner and manager were friendly and very helpful. Easy walking to ahops and lots of great restaurants and bars. Note, it's 4 flights up and no elevator.

The knowledgeable & caring staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with our plans; easy access to port, dining & shopping options! Know that there is no elevator & 4 flights of stairs are needed to get to rooms. If your knees & steps are not an issue, good choice when visiting Civitavecchia. We will certainly be back here for our stay before our next cruise.

Bathrooms separate from room, but it was close and you could lock it. No elevator which could be a problem for people with lots of luggage. Close to port. Close to train station and beach walk. On central street, close to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

This is the perfect location to stay if you are going on a cruise. Anna & Cherry are fantastic hosts. Great services provided with a car service from the airport and taxi to the port. Awesome breakfast I would highly recommend this property

Super clean room and host was very nice. Have to walk up to 3rd floor (no elevator), which was no issue for us. Large selection to choose from for breakfast and everything was great. Easy walk to port area to catch shuttle to bring to cruise ship. Three doors down from small liquor store and about 7 min walk to grocery store with larger liquor selection and snacks. Only con is your room/door key is a “skeleton type” key. If you don’t get it just right, it will take forever to open or lock your door. And you can see through the keyhole. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Centrally located, lovely rooms and service. Good for the cruise port. The only downside was having to carry our cases up 4 flights of stairs. There is no lift/ elevator. The owner was very helpful in arranging transport from Rome Fiumicino Airport and to the cruise ship next day.

Advertising was misleading: 1. 4 flights of stairs with no elevator 2. Absolutely no chance for a port view, yet advertisement shows it. 3. Very poorly worded that the bathroom is not in the bedroom…. But across the hall… so you have to be ready to meet other people on the way to the bathroom. 4. Wifi was poor

The owner and the assistant were wonderful. However, I was not expecting three flights of steps up to the rooms or to have a bathroom down the hallway. Must have missed the external bathroom part. There was no view of the harbor. We had a suite, but the suite part of it was two twin beds in another room. The King size bed was hard. They did allow us in early which we really appreciated it and they were excellent about carrying our bags up stairs for us, but it is not a place I would stay again or recommend to anyone with any mobility issues.

We had a wonderful experience! There is no elevator in this 400 year old building, but Cherie helped us up the stairs with our luggage. Our room had a bathroom attached. Sea, restaurants, shopping right outside the main door. Very walkable. Breakfast was perfect bite of foods with good variety. Coffee was great! Bed was very comfortable and the room was air conditioned. There is no actual view of the port but it is very close. We walked to the gate at the cruise terminal and caught a shuttle to our cruise ship at no charge. We would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience and friendly staff.
