Tord | Villa with pool and air conditioning!

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION – 2026 SEASON

We would like to inform all our guests that, from June 15th, 2026 onwards, occasional noise may occur due to construction work taking place at a neighbouring property near Villa Tord.

This situation is completely beyond our control and we have no capacity to intervene in or influence the works. However, we believe it is important to communicate this information with complete transparency so that you have all the relevant details before making your reservation.

Our commitment remains the same as always: to provide you with the best possible experience and to do everything within our power to ensure you enjoy a pleasant stay and wonderful holidays at Villa Tord.

We appreciate your understanding regarding this temporary situation.


THE HOUSE

The bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan with remote control, and a large wardrobe.
- Another double bedroom with bunk beds, ceiling fan, and a large wardrobe.

The kitchen:
- It has an Italian coffee maker (screw type) and Nespresso, microwave, ceramic hob, blender (handheld blender), toaster, kitchen utensils, tableware, and washing machine. It is well equipped for 4 people.
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room:
- The living room is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, a 32" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), three-seater sofas and chairs, and a dining table for 4.

Covered terrace:
- You will find a table for 4 people and curtains for added privacy during your summer evenings.

The pool:
- Pool, with sun lounger area where you can relax and sunbathe without leaving home.
- It is mandatory for children to always be accompanied by adults.
- Barbecue area with pergola and benches, so you can enjoy to the fullest.

Parking:
- The house has private parking for one car, and the street is quiet with available parking spaces.


THE AREA

CALA BLANCA
It's a white sandy beach just a short 10-minute walk away, offering restaurants, beach bars, sun loungers, lifeguards... perfect for those who want to enjoy beaches with services or just take a final dip before heading home.

CALA SANTANDRIA
Located 700 meters away, it's an ideal area for families with children. You can dine at various restaurants with sea views, take excursions on foot visiting the Santandría watchtower, and much more!

CIUTADELLA Ciutadella is 5km away, the most beautiful city in all of Menorca. You can't miss it!

SERVICES:

- KEY DELIVERY through a safety box. Within 24/48h, we will meet to sign the check-in form.
- 24h TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any issues related to accommodation or your vacation. .
- CLEANING SERVICE upon your arrival and departure for 7-night bookings. For longer stays, we offer additional cleaning services. .
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS provided for each person included in the booking. .
- FREE WIFI suitable for browsing and leisure, as long as extensive bandwidth is not required. .
- PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS Miguel will provide you with all the information you need.
