    To reach the center of Ciutadella and get around the island s various coves and points of interest, you ll need your own transportation. Within Cap d Artrutx, having your own vehicle isn t essential, since Cala n Bosch with its supermarkets, restaurants, and marina is just a few minutes away and can be reached on foot or by car. To explore Menorca, we recommend having your own vehicle (car or motorcycle), as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easier access to beaches and more remote spots that public transportation doesn t reach. That said, a 5 minute walk from the apartment, you ll find a bus stop with a direct connection to Ciutadella via line 65. From there, other lines depart for various parts of the island.     The apartment is spread over two levels: the main floor, where the living area is located, and an upper floor with a private terrace overlooking the sea. Recently renovated, it offers a comfortable and well designed space. The apartment is accessed via the ground floor terrace, which opens onto the communal garden and leads directly into the living dining room. This space features a three seater sofa, a 43 inch TV with access to streaming platforms, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is integrated into the same space; it is open concept and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, and blender, as well as all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. From the living room, you enter the sleeping area, which is divided into two sections. On one side are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, with a bathroom with a shower located between them. On the other side is the master suite, also featuring a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the outdoors, including the ground floor terrace and the communal garden. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and ceiling fan, and the two bedrooms with double beds also have air conditioning. On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is a chill out terrace equipped with benches and offering views of the sea and the communal area. The property also features a built in outdoor barbecue and is part of a community with a shared pool and garden. Additionally, it has a laundry area with a washing machine, clothesline, and iron. Free parking is available in the surrounding area.
