"The hotel is conveniently located close to t4 at Heathrow and walkable. Front desk staff were fast & helpful. Rooms were clean. Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight."

"Fast , efficient and friendly desk staff."

Check-in rapidísimo y check-out instantáneo. Super preparado para no perder el tiempo."

"Great place to stay near the tube."

"The hotel is set in really lovely grounds, but the rooms really need a refurbishment. :) The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the parking was plentiful. :( the room was dated and although it was clean enough, it needs some TLC."
