The hotel was clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The room was tidy and the staff was polite and helpful during the stay.
One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles.
If you know how to manage locally, most necessities are easy to find. There is a large local market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops and food options nearby.

"Staff were helpful and courteous.
Room was awful. We booked premium room, but the room was terrible. It did not look similar to the picture that was advertised. The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was...

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
