A modern and cozy apartment in Città Sant'Angelo Marina, ideally located just a few minutes from the beach and the towns of Pescara, Montesilvano, and Silvi. It also offers convenient access to the A14 highway exit.

The apartment features a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. The living room features a sofa and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with utensils and dishes.

There are two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a tub that can also be used as a shower, and a guest bathroom with a washing machine.

Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free parking in front of the building’s entrance, and a spacious balcony.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the beds already made and a set of three towels for each guest.
