We had a really great time staying here. We enjoyed the dock and easy access to the Rainbow River. It took up a couple of hours from the dock to get to the closest point allowed to the spring. Very easy access to local grocery stores, fuel stations, and boat ramps.

Gorgeous location right on the river! Tranquil escape with plenty of space for multiple families to spread out and enjoy. Loved the kayaks on site, which we used to explore the river in the mornings before heading out to the springs in the afternoon. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to stay in and cook or grill during your visit. I would highly recommend!

Family weekend get awayHouse was full supplies like toilet paper paper towels soap.This was truly appreciated Owner was very quick to respond to information. Large home with comfortable beds and huge living room. Would definitely consider renting again next year.

Great River House

The trip was a trip to remember. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught some nice fish. We brought our boat and docked it. We enjoyed riding up to the Rainbow River. The pool was great and fun while we were taking it easy. The nice thing about the location is it’s away from the crowds and peaceful. The area is not a no wake zone so you can run the boat but there is boat traffic but it didn’t bother us at all. Make sure you bring good straps to tie your boat. The owners were great and helpful. They went over all the details about docking and the area to explore. Our boys are looking forward to our next trip.

So picturesque!!

We had an amazing stay with family. The views from the back deck are breathtaking and the heated pool was a huge bonus!! The house is pretty well stocked. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Should’ve Stayed Longer

We arrived to be blown away that this home was better than expected. Immediately we sat on the patio and stared at the river. It instantly felt like vacation. The kitchen is bigger than expected and allowed two families of four to move around prepping food. There was so much to do that we felt like we didn’t have enough time. There were more than enough kayaks to go out and explore. The fact that it is a non no wake boating zone situated on the corner provided a lot of anxious entertainment as well. We can’t wait to book this home again. Also, the beds are like clouds!

Home away from home!

We had a great family get away. The house was inviting and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The river view was spectacular. The home was away from all the hustle and bustle of a tourist town yet 10 minutes away from stores and restaurants. The owner was attentive and helpful. The dock was an added bonus for when we rented a boat for the day. The pool was refreshing when we came in off the boat. I would not hesitate to go back to this home.

Ladies Weekend in Paradise

I can not express how impressed I was with this property. It was perfect for our ladies retreat and it was even more fabulous than I imagined. The place was very clean, the furniture was nice, and comfortable and I could not have asked for a better place to have our gathering. Heather was beyond flexible from beginning to end. I will definitely get this VRBO again! WE ALL LOVED IT!

Perfect house, all the amenities and a very special place

Having grown up in Florida, we were looking for a quiet bend in the river with enough space and comforts for a multi-family getaway. We were more than impressed with the house. Very spacious with a nice layout and very good quality amenities. Huge common areas and a great kitchen plus an amazing riverfront patio, fire pit and dock, and a heated pool. The host was very kind and responsive. It was everything we were looking for and we hope to go back in the future. Great spot.

2nd stay can’t wait to stay again.

Property is amazing. Huge. So much to do. Biking the quaint neighborhood. Playing darts foozball. A spectacular pool table. The windows stretch from one side of the living room to the other. There’s always boats passing by. Can’t wait to stay again. Would recommend 100%
