"We stayed on a tent site and were so very happy with the accommodations. Our dogs were welcome and the host is very gracious. He is excellent at communicating as we were arriving very late on a Friday night and he did everything to ensure that our check in was smooth. The dogs were free to explore and our fellow campers were very cordial. I lived the proximity to both Crystal River and Rainbow Springs State Park. "The house was so clean and had so many amenities. From towels to coffee to kayaks we had everything we needed. It’s located 8 minutes from the springs and only a few minuets away from restaurants and grocery stores. There was plenty of rooms with comfy beds. The projector screen was great for a little movie night. The host was communicative and very nice. This is the place to stay!"

"Perfect location on the river. This was our third stay at the property and have always loved it. Shallow area outside the house is perfect for kids of all ages. We had three families with kids ranging in age from 3-8 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We enjoyed all the water toys available. "

"It was a great stay. I loved that the air was nice and cold. Ice maker worked which was also very nice. Things that could be improved, paint touch ups, kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Also I love a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. "

"To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property! "

"Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated."
