"The whirlpool did not work and management did nothing to fix it. After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising."

"We could not have been happier with our stay here! The house is exactly what is advertised. It is beautiful, and extremely well appointed. It had everything we needed. The location is wonderful. It was a great home base for us to do some day trips. The best part was of course the Northern Lights! The host was very responsive. There was a small issue with the hot tub, but he prepared us for that. My only remotely negative comment would be that the hot tub was not hot enough for us with the cold...
