"Room was perfect "

"El hotel es precioso situado en un lugar tranquilo con Spa. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó eran las almohadas. The only thing I did not like were the pillows., they were lumpy. Breakfast was excellent. We definitely recommend staying at brandshatch!!!"

"La persona que me recibió en recepción fue muy amable, pero a pesar de anunciar el desayuno, no había posibilidad de tomarlo. Al final pagando 7 GBP me llevaron algo para desayunar al día siguiente, pero ni siquiera me pusieron cubiertos para poder untarme la mantequilla. El armario no tenía ni una percha y la balda para dejar la ropa no la han limpiado nunca. "

"Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. "

"Glorious location and super cute accommodation. Only negative is that two of the three rooms are up very narrow steep steps (it’s a boat!) and the car park is 100m away so not easy to get to if you’ve limited mobility. But if that’s not an issue for you, 100% recommend!!"

"The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep."

"Los empleados del hotel todos muy amables y muy serviciales excepto el dueño que además de prepotente tiene malas palabras y actos con los clientes y poca mano izquierda, si fuese por él no volvería alli,pero los empleados son magníficos."

"The Crown Inn is always a great place to stay when visiting Chiselhurst area. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful. Mario is a super Manager. Will come back again."

"Nice clean room, got parked outside and was able to check-in early. Good choice of drinks, a well supported pub which is nice to see. Nice hot shower in the morning too."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. This is a five hundred year old building so don't expect a Premier inn with nice even floors and shiny paintwork, however if you want a pub hotel with real character this place is a gem. Every member of staff was great and couldn't do enough to make the stay perfect. Unfortunately we didn't get to have a meal there but the breakfast is absolutely worth getting up for. We will be back. "

"Very comfortable room. Could not figure out how to turn the heat on and there is no one in the pub overnight to call on. Breakfast was disappointing."
