Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly "

After we went to Taman Safari, we chose this hotel for stay 1 night. the neighborhood and scenery is awesome. we love it. however, when we went there we have some trouble with the tv channel. It had some bad connection through all day till we checked out. Internet was very good."

Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"
"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice.
