Orizzonte Verde - Modern Suite with garden, hot tub and Valtellina views

Orizzonte Verde is a modern apartment of about 95 sqm over two floors, with its own entrance and external staircase. The owner lives on the ground floor of the same building, in separate, non-connecting quarters.



The first floor is an open-plan, double-height living area with a sofa, a 55" Smart TV, and an extendable table for six to eight, opening onto the panoramic balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and A-rated: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and brand-new cookware. The same floor has a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.



The two bedrooms are on the second floor. The main one has a double bed (160x200), a walk-in wardrobe, and a terrace with a view; the second has a 140x200 bed and access to the rear. An en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the sleeping area. A sofa bed (120x190) in the living room brings the capacity to 6 guests.



The fenced garden is set over three levels: outdoor dining with a gas barbecue, a sun deck with loungers, and a hot tub. The home is A1 energy class, with solar panels, double glazing, and radiator heating with a thermostat in every room. Wi-Fi is included. One covered parking space is available under the portico, with more along the road.



Cino is a quiet village on the Costiera dei Cech, above Morbegno, among the Valtellina vineyards. A few minutes away, Morbegno has supermarkets, restaurants, and a station on the Milan-Tirano line; all around, trails through the vineyards, the Via dei Terrazzamenti, and the DOC wine cellars. Lake Como is a few minutes' drive away. There are no shops or ATMs in Cino, so stock up in Morbegno on the way up.



Self check-in with keybox, instructions provided on the day of arrival. The second floor has parquet flooring: guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes. No air conditioning: the home is cool and well ventilated. Pets allowed, children welcome.
