"This place are definitely charming and very clean, and the staff is super friendly and patient. If you arrive before check in, you can leave your luggage and take a walk around the centre. The room had a water heater and you can make yourself tea or coffee (which I love because not all hotels offer it). "Nice friendly welcome from the gentleman working the bar on arrival Thursday 23rd October around 2pm, booked in and explained about breakfast, evening meals, on-site parking and what was happening at the pub over coming days. Shown to our room which was nice and bright, very clean and comfortable. "Yo y dos miembros de mi familia nos alojamos en este hotel en york por turismo en una habitacion triple. La habitacion era ñequeña pero comoda y mas que suficiente. El desayuno ingles estaba incluido y era estupendo. Internet se cogia sin problema e iba rapido. Ademas no esta lejos del centro de york al que se puede ir caminando. Los dueños de este b&b son encantadores y muy serviciales e hicieron "hueco" en el patio para que pudiesemos aparcar sin coste nuestro coche"

"Lovely location. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are a little tired but they are perfectly acceptable as they are clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices are great. They are more than happy to accommodate any needs. We had a planned power cut when there and the staff were very well prepared. They gave us a powerbank, pre charged lights for our room and put heating on to ensure the rooms were warm before it went off. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Would definitely stay here...
