There is a $50 incidental fee that they return and $9 parking fee to park in their lot. Otherwise you are taking a chance to park on the street

The location was convenient and close to the University of Cincinnati. I was there for my graduation and this was a perfect location. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was excellent for hotel breakfast. Lots of options and all very fresh, including fresh fruit! Everything is well maintatined and the staff is excellent!

This hotel was in a great location. Staff was great. Parking was convenient but I’m glad I left my car here and took an Uber to my concert because there was no parking available when I got back. Breakfast was included. The hotel was nice. My only real complaint is that the beds were so stiff. I had to sleep on my pillows so my back would not be messed up the next morning.

It was close to the zoo. Unfortunately, arrived around 6 pm and room was not ready, had not requested a handicapped accessible room but that is what we got. No towels available in the pool area, asked for them told they were probably in dryer, had to go back a second time and was brought several hand towels!!

We love this hotel! We’ve stayed here several times now while we’ve had our family member in the University Hospital. Customer service is wonderful and the rooms are always clean!

The stay itself went well. Overall the room was okay. The carpet was fraying in multiple areas and the tiles in the bathroom kept shifting but other than that a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff very polite. Plenty of places to walk to. The only draw back is having to pay for parking. I stay at a lot of places around the country for work. This hotel was really nice.

A disappointing stay
We were really looking forward to our weekend stay in Cincinnati. When we entered the lobby was in disarray; trash on tables, liquor bottles on the floor. It smelled heavily of marijuana. We left the hotel to explore and thought that since we had paid for parking we were guaranteed a space when we returned. There were no spots available when we returned. As we were preparing for bed, one of our beds had blood stains on the sheets and what I would swear was a small piece of flesh. Initially, we were told housekeeping would come and change the bedding. We received a call back a few minutes later and were told we would be given a new room. We were upgraded to a suite, which appeared to be clean, but by that point in time, it was a bit too late. The next morning when I attempted to talk to the front desk about our experience, the very rude woman working told me there was nothing she could do and implied I should just get over it.
This is the bloodstain that was on the inside of our sheets.
