Located on the edge of Over-the-Rhine and Downtown, you'll be just steps from coffee shops, restaurants, public transit, and local attractions. A valid government-issued ID and completed background check are required before check-in. Please note that guests residing within a 30-mile radius are not eligible to book.

You'll have full private access to the entire suite, including:

Vibrant daytime business activity and busy evenings on weekends. Easy access to cultural venues (theaters, galleries), local markets, and the riverfront entertainment district (The Banks).

Getting around
Walkable for errands, dining, nightlife, and most downtown attractions. Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar runs a loop through Downtown and Over-the-Rhine with multiple nearby stops (easy short ride to The Banks, Fountain Square and other hubs). SORTA/Metro buses serve downtown and connect to neighborhoods across the region. Rideshare and taxis are widely available; street parking and paid lots are common for drivers. Regional car rental and bike/scooter services operate in the area for short trips.

🚗 Parking is not included. The closest option is Ziegler Park Garage (1322 Sycamore Street), about a 2-minute walk from the property. Additional public parking garages are also available nearby.
